    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

This half is ending in the same fashion as the majority of the game so far, Watford half-chances.

The latest, a tame header by Watford's Andre Gray, stretching back to meet a looping cross. Easy take for Ryan Schofield.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Blackburn Rovers 0-1 Stoke City

  5. Postpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

Carlos Corberan is the type of coach that wants his Huddersfield team to stick to their principles regardless of the circumstances, but even he must have had heart in his mouth when his side played their way out from the back a moment ago...

Watford making most of the running here, but Huddersfield happy to jam in at the back and keep it cool.

Mind you, there is an occasion threat, evidenced as Ryan Schofield gets down well low to his left to push away a curling Ismaila Sarr effort in the box.

  6. League One updatespublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

Wigan have turned it around against Rochdale, Callum Lang has put them in front.

The Latics are out of the relegation places as it stands.

Meanwhile, Peterborough are now 2-0 up against MK Dons. Sammie Szmodics is the latest to find the target.

And John Marquis has put Portsmouth ahead at Fleetwood.

Plymouth and Doncaster are both still 1-0 in front.

    Nottm Forest 1-0 Millwall

Forest's Lewis Grabban does most of his best work in the opposition penalty area but he's come up trumps at his own end here.

Millwall's Shaun Hutchinson denied, as Grabban clears off the line. Crucial.

Game of few chances produces a goal just before the break.

Stoke take the lead as Nick Powell heads in his sixth league goal of the campaign.

Corner was swung in from the right by Jordan Thompson and he towered above the players in the box to guide it in towards the far corner.

  10. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Derby 0-0 Rotherham

Rotherham so close to taking the lead at Pride Park, but the referee's assistant's flag denies them.

The ball was worked through the Derby lines, and big Richard Wood latches on to the ball and belts it beyond Kelle Roos.

It's short-lived joy. Millers disappointed. Rams relieved.

Re 15:28 - Jefferson Lerma sending off

Brennan Joyce: One of the worst refereeing decisions I have ever seen in football. How the referee has given a red card to Lerma there is mind boggling. Lerma gets fouled whilst he's in the air and puts his arms behind him to support his fall. Bring back VAR.

Francis: Shocking decision at Bournemouth, Lerma never takes his eyes off the ball and is knocked off balance mid-air, falling into the Luton player. Entire situation is accidental and out of his control and the ref has made a massive call in a tight promotion race.

GOAL: Nottm Forest 1-0 Millwallpublished at 15:36 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Sammy Ameobi (34 mins)

Forest go in front and it's Sammy Ameobi who gets it, drilling low via a little deflection past Bartosz Bialkowski.

Hit from the edge of the box, through a crowd. The Pole in goal was unlucky.

  13. Postpublished at 15:32 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Cardiff City 0-2 Norwich City

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

Cardiff City manager Neil Harris has admitted in recent weeks that he is under pressure - his team have lost their past four matches.

Half an hour into this game against Championship leaders Norwich City, Cardiff are getting run ragged.

If this turns into a heavy defeat, there could be more questions about Harris' position.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:32 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

Troy Deeney finds his way into the referee's book for a yellow card, after he left Juninho Bacuna on the deck with a wild swinging lunge.

The Terriers man is down receiving treatment and looks in a bad way.

  15. Postpublished at 15:32 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Cardiff City 0-2 Norwich City

    Norwich continuing to dominate Cardiff.

Kenny McLean glances a near-post header from a corner narrowly wide as it skims the side-netting.

  16. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Blackburn Rovers 0-0 Stoke City

Ball is in the net at Ewood Park.....but it won't count for Blackburn.

Adam Armstrong thinks he's swept in his 17th league goal of the season but the flag is up.

He'd just gone too early from Joe Rothwell's ball across.

  17. Postpublished at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Derby 0-0 Rotherham

Rotherham have acquitted themselves well at Derby but again goalkeeper Jamal Blackman has been busy.

This time it's a scudding drive from Rams youngster Lee Buchanan that brings the best out of him.

  18. League Two updatespublished at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

Just the two goals so far in League Two.

Cambridge United are a goal up at Colchester through Harvey Knibbs.

While Forest Green lead through Nicky Cadden's free-kick against Port Vale.

As it stands Cambridge are going top, and FGR will be second.

A long way to go though.

  19. Postpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Watford 0-0 Huddersfield

Both these teams have lost three of the past four in the Championship, which for Watford has seen them lose ground on the top end of the table.

They are racking up the corners, that's four inside the first 27 minutes but Huddersfield keep doing enough to stem the attacking flow.

  20. RED CARD (Jefferson Lerma)published at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Bournemouth 0-0 Luton Town

Jefferson Lerma sent offImage source, Getty Images

    But this might change things...

Bournemouth down to 10 men suddenly as Jefferson Lerma is sent off for foul play.

Looks very harsh on the Colombia international as well after he competed for a header with Tom Lockyer and appeared to catch him with an elbow.
