    What a hit!

An absolutely glorious effort up and over the wall. Celtic have had a terrible week. Has David Turnbull salvaged something for them?!

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Stephen McGinn, literally just on the pitch for Hibs, trips David Turnbull right on the edge of the box. Who fancies this one?

  3. Postpublished at 79 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Stevie Mallan balloons one over the bar. Sums up this second half.

Karamoko Dembele replaces Mikey Johnston for Celtic. The 17-year-old has a big reputation despite limited first-team action.

Can he make a decisive impact tonight?

Celtic's game has gone flat. Callum McGregor, like so many, the edge has been taken off of his game

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Both teams look sluggish now. A few in the Celtic ranks probably lacking match fitness.

All to play for, though, as we enter the final 15 minutes.

This game could go either way to be honest if either team was able to create a chance

  7. CLOSE!published at 73 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Kevin Nisbet's hooked volley hits off Christian Doidge and wrong-foots Connor Hazard, but the Celtic goalkeeper adjusts well to gather the ball as it crept towards the bottom corner.

  8. Postpublished at 72 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Mikey Johnston redeems his earlier antics with some nice footwork on the edge of the box. He gets his shot away, but Matt Macey saves comfortably.

  9. Postpublished at 68 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Mikey Johnston screams for a penalty as he nutmegs Ryan Porteous and goes by the Hibs defender. But replays show there was no contact. Lucky to avoid a booking for diving really.

  10. Postpublished at 67 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

We've reached the Tom Rogic minute where the Australian departs, and Ewan Henderson comes on in his place.

Looks like Stevie Mallan will be appearing for Hibs soon.

  11. Postpublished at 65 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Christian Doidge has had a fresh-air swipe as the ball dropped to him from a corner. The Welshman has to score really.

Some concern for Hibs as Joe Newell gets some treatment. He's had another fine game. Fortunately the midfielder can continue.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 62 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Joe Newell is a tidy player, and his deft through ball puts Melker Hallberg through, only for Connor Hazard to rush out and close the angle quickly and save well.

    Big chance for Hibs.

  14. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Ismaila Soro perhaps gets away with one there. He was forced back by Jamie Murphy and tried to twist and turn away from the Hibs forward a few times, and then lost the ball, before Steven McLean blew the whistle.

Seemed a tad harsh, and Murphy would've been able to run straight at the Celtic back line. Armstrong Oko-Flex replaces Cameron Harper for Celtic.

The wider areas is not something Celtic have been able to get a great deal of joy with

  16. Postpublished at 55 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Melker Hallberg is booked for tripping Ismaila Soro. Celtic had lost the ball as well, a needless one.

I think Hibs are going to a diamond. Jamie Murphy has just gone to the tip of the diamond to get on Soro.

  18. Postpublished at 51 mins

Striker Christian Doidge is on for Hibs, Drey Wright is off.

Jack Ross looking for a bit more presence up front, perhaps?

  19. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Low-key start to the second 45. The trouble for Celtic is they have a very inexperienced bench.

  20. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2021

    Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Lewis Stevenson has replaced Josh Doig at half-time for Hibernian. A 500th appearance for the club. A great achievement for the left-back.

    And here we go again...
