Hibs head coach Jack Ross was full of praise for Alex Gogic after the midfielder scored his first goal for the club.
"I would love to say I see him do that often in training, but I don't," he tells BBC Scotland.
"I'm delighted for him scoring his first goal and such a good goal, but his all-round contribution was excellent. The game required his type of player because it wasn't pretty.
"It was an ugly type of game, but we are going to have them throughout the season and he does that side of the game very well."

FT: Ross County 4-1 Aberdeen
Scott Wright played the full 90 minutes for Aberdeen, but it may be his last game for the club with Rangers in talks to sign him on a pre-contract, while they have also hinted they would like to do a deal for him in January.
During the 4-1 defeat to Ross County, Wright twice had point-blank efforts saves by goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes told BBC Scotland: "As far as I'm concerned and the chairman is concerned, we've had no other contact from Rangers since the start of the week.
"They clearly want to work with him for next season. If they want to work with him for this season, it'll need to be a good offer."

FT: St Johnstone 1-0 St Mirren
St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin tells BBC Sportsound post-match: "It was a really poor game. It's been a miserable afternoon for us. Jak Alnwik has had one save to make all afternoon and it's the save that leads to the goal. I thought it had 0-0 written all over it.
On the goal: "Joe Shaughnessy clearly heads the ball onto Melamed's arm, whose arm is way above his head. If it happens in the penalty area you are screaming for a penalty. Steven McLean's view of that is perfect."
On the red card for Cammy MacPherson: "For the first one I think it's a good honest tackle. You could argue Cammy's trailing leg catches the St Johnstone player. The second one is just a mistake. I think the referee's position is all wrong. I don't think he can see Cammy touches the ball."

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes tells BBC Scotland: "The defending wasn't good enough. At both ends of the pitch we weren't good enough. We created numerous chances. At half-time it was about trying to pick up where we left off. But some of the chances we missed were not good enough.
"We'll dust ourselves down for next week [at home to Motherwell] and see what the response is to that.
"It was a case of us not imposing ourselves on the opposition. Late on, Ross County punished us for the spaces we left behind.
"I’m as disappointed by the last 10 minutes as I was by the opening. We have two players leaving here on crutches, it’s been a horrible afternoon for us.”

FT: Hibernian 2-0 Kilmarnock
Hibs head coach Jack Ross tells BBC Scotland it was a day to win "ugly", with the wind howling and the Easter Road pitch in terrible condition.
"I've said it often during the course of the season about the result being the all and end all and, for us in the conditions and with it being so blustery and the fact the pitch isn't in great condition at the moment, means that it was going to be a game decided by fine margins and by doing the ugly side of the game well and I thought we did that today," he says.
"We defended our box well and, in the second half in particular, I think we played forward quicker. It's not always pretty, but I think it suited the conditions to do that and, as a consequence, we created a lot more in the second half.
"It is not the fault of Colin, who looks after the pitch, because he's doing as much as he can with the resources he's had, but it's just not in good condition at the moment."

Celtic coach Gavin Strachan tells BBC Sportsound: "Tough afternoon. Livingston are playing really well and imposed their style of play more than we did.
"We expect a bit more and were disappointed with the first-half performance. We had a bit more control in the second half, but wanted more shots at goal.
"With events that have gone on, the players' confidence has probably been affected."

St Johnstone manager Callum Davidson tells BBC Sportsound: "It was a funny game. First-half, there wasn't a lot in it.
"But if we wanted the three points, I asked for a scrappy 1-0 win and we got that.
"We can play better. The energy levels can be better. Defensively, we were really good today. We were really solid and we got close to St Mirren."
On next weekend's League Cup semi-final with Hibernian: "I'm going to have a bit of a selection headache. But I'd rather have that."

A delighted Ross County manager John Hughes tells BBC Scotland: "I didn't know [that it was only County's second home win of the season], I'm serious. I knew our home form wasn't good but I don't get caught up in stats like that.
"What they've given me since I've come in is they give me everything they've got. No matter who we play, win or lose, they'll know they've been in a game. I've got a committed bunch of boys. To get a reward like that, I'm really pleased for them.
"That victory is for the chairman and everyone at the club."

Livingston manager David Martindale tells BBC Sportsound: "I thought we could have got more out of the game but Celtic had chances as well.
"It was an opportunity against a disadvantaged Celtic team, so we were always coming here to try and get three points but we have to look at the positives; a point and a clean sheet.
"Some of the players are disappointed, so it shows how far we have come as a club."
The teams meet again in West Lothian on Wednesday and Martindale says "nothing is going to change".
"Our philosophy is always the same. We'll press Celtic and limit their time on the ball."

Dundee United manager Micky Mellon tells BBC Sportsound: "Over the course of 90 minutes, performance wise, we're satisfied, apart from not putting an end to some of the moves that we created.
"We have to get better at getting on the end of those chances or being more clinical when they come, we know that.
"Defensively, we were excellent. We're building in the right direction."

"It was slippy and it was windy. It was a gritty performance. You could easily lose these games so to walk away, get a point, we'll take that.
"It was a really good save from Ryan Fulton from Ian Harkes in the first half. It's his first game in about a month so I'm delighted for him.
"We've got another clean sheet today, so I'm delighted with that."
