    Wolves 0-0 Southampton

Saints are very quickly into that high pressing game of theirs, swarming around the Wolves defenders as they look to play out from the back. Ings leading from the front.

    Wolves 0-0 Southampton

First touch of the ball for Wolves keeper John Ruddy, who is getting a rare taste of first-team action. It's a pretty aimless long ball forward that he is quickly out to gather.

    Wolves v Southampton (17:30 GMT)

So, this will be the fifth FA Cup meeting between Wolves and Southampton, with each side winning twice in the previous four. The Saints won the last meeting 2-0 in March 2003, en route to reaching the final that season.

Wolves have lost just one of their last 10 meetings with Southampton in all competitions (W5 D4), with their league meeting with Saints at Molineux this season ending 1-1.

Meanwhile, Southampton have lost four straight games in the Premier League, including that big defeat at Manchester United.

Both teams mixing it up then. Think that Saints side looks a bit closer to the full strength one they'd send out for a league game. Quite an inexperienced Premier League front-line Wolves are sending out from the off.

OK, so we could have a repeat. Another nine-goal thriller. Right? Right?!

I mean, look who we've got first up. Southampton. They love a nine-goal game.

Before I get myself in serious bother with the Saints fans, here is the team news for that first match. No time to waste tonight, people...

What an FA Cup tie that was at Goodison Park last night, eh? Absolutely stunning. Games like that only come along every so often, so you have to savour them. In fact we probably won't see a game as good as that for a long while yet. No, sir.

I pity the poor fool who has to follow that on the BBC live text commentary for tonight's games.

    Oh.
