Another beauty of a ball from the back to Mo Salah by Jordan Henderson. It wouldn't surprise me if we saw him playing in defence for England soon.

It leads to a corner, Leicester clear it and Harvey Barnes is stopped from breaking by Curtis Jones, who goes into the book.

    Leicester 0-0 Liverpool

Good play again from Wilfred Ndidi to win the ball back and set up an attack which ends when James Maddison is crowded out in the area.

Liverpool then counter with real intent, Mo Salah gets into the box and looks for Sadio Mane, who fouls a clearing Daniel Amartey.

This is the best 0-0 I've seen in ages. Almost back to 'normal' levels of pace and intensity.

Liverpool enjoying more possession and almost working openings, with Mo Salah looking a threat, but Leicester having moments of their own with Jamie Vardy's pace and pressing already prominent.

Early injury blow for Liverpool as Thiago replaces Milner.

James Milner shuffles off, unhappy with life. On comes Thiago.

  6. CLOSE!published at 16 mins

    Leicester 0-0 Liverpool

Liverpool corner is cleared out to the edge of the box where Mo Salah is waiting - he shins it way wide.

James Milner is coming off, by the way.

  8. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 12 mins

Plenty going on out there. Ricardo and Mo Salah converge on the ball on the corner of the area and the forward goes down - referee Anthony Taylor nor his friends in the bunker are interested though.

  9. CLOSE!published at 12 mins

    Leicester 0-0 Liverpool

Oh brilliant effort! Jamie Vardy gets behind new boy Ozan Kabak on the left of the penalty area and with Alisson well off his line again he goes for the first-time lob.

Outside of the boot, feathered over the Brazilian, and on to the roof of the net. Lovely attempt.

    Shooot!!

Jordan Henderson with a wonderful quarterback pass from the back, over the top and into the run of Mo Salah, judged perfectly.

Salah's first touch takes him across Ricardo, on to that fabled left foot, but he hesitates and can't get a shot off. Ricardo makes enough of a challenge to disrupt him but not enough to foul him.

    Chance!

A nice chaotic edge to the opening exchanges here, from both sides. Every attack feels close to bringing a breakthrough but Sadio Mane is closed out well again by the men in blue.

Superb from Wilfred Ndidi, who wins the ball in midfield and beats Curtis Jones before sliding a pass into the run of Jamie Vardy. He would have been gone - but Jordan Henderson does really well to snuff it out.

What a start to this game!

First Leicester just ping a ball over the top and Jamie Vardy is in behind, but Alisson does well to clear about 45 yards out from his own goal.

Trent Alexander-Arnold then picks out Sadio Mane with a fine ball and Caglar Soyuncu just about defends.

    Goals on the cards here!

    Leicester 0-0 Liverpool

Strong start from the champions! Andrew Robertson flies down the left and crosses in, Caglar Soyuncu is in a bit of a pickle of a position and has to stretch to flick a headed clearance away for a corner.

Leicester clear, James Maddison shoots from the centre-circle and it's not the worst try!

    Alisson can catch it though.

Jbrdz: Mount a hype? Objectively, he is the highest rated Chelsea player based on stats this season. At his young age too. In addition, he is the 4th highest rated England player this season after Kane, Grealish and Sancho. Just appreciate all this young English talent. (see 12:10 entry)

This means mo.... No I can't complete that.

Every team in the country is missing their fans surely?

    Leicester v Liverpool (12:30 GMT)

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Football Focus

It doesn't look like Liverpool can do it (win the league). To say they are a club affected most by crowds not being in stadiums... there is a special energy about the way Liverpool play. It is high energy, heavy metal.

There is a precision to the way Man City play that can be replicated in any atmosphere, but for Liverpool, they are missing their fans more than anyone else. They are also missing their two central defenders, they've taken their two central midfield players out and put them at the back. That is four changes and it has disrupted the team far too much.
