It's official. Liverpool's second goal has gone down as a Kean Bryan own goal. Roberto Firmino might have something to say about that.

Both sides have made more changes for the final few minutes.

United have sent on Billy Sharp for Robert Fleck while Curtis Jones has been replaced by Naby Keita.

Jones, by the way, has been excellent in midfield.

Roberto Firmino plays a one-two with Sadio Mane ,he twists and jiggles - there's three or four Sheffield United players round it but they're daren't make a tackle in the 18 yard box and Kean Bryan goes to make the block but it hits him and ricochets into the ground and goes past Aaron Ramsdale.

Ramsdale is just wrong footed and he is absolutely distraught because he's probably thinking he can make the save if it didn't come off Bryan.

It's a long way back for Sheffield United but they're still plugging away.

Oliver Burke fizzes a cross into the six-yard area but he's over-cooked it and it flies out of play.

Adrian is bellowing instructions to his team-mates. Did they hear him?

Moments later Oli McBurnie is in behind the defence and is just about to shoot when Ozan Kabak makes up ground to produce an excellent challenge.

Then Oliver Norwood drills a shot well wide.

Sheffield United have not given up on this.

Big chance for Oli McBurnie but he can't get his header on target. It fall agonisingly wide of Adrian's post. A warning to Liverpool that they still have work to do.

Chris Wilder has seen enough. Phil Jagielka has been replaced by Ben Osborn while Oliver Burke is on for captain David McGoldrick.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has had one of his better games.

He somehow manages to wiggle himself into a shooting position inside the box but drags it wide.

Liverpool are very much on top but still only one goal in it.
