Burnley v Leicester (18:00 GMT)
Burnley welcome back striker Chris Wood after a month out injured. His return represents the Clarets' one change, with Jay Rodriguez making way.
Erik Pieters, Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Robbie Brady and Ashley Barnes are out with injuries.
Burnley: Pope, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Brownhill, Westwood, Cork, McNeil, Vydra, Wood.
Subs: Peacock-Farrell, Stephens, Rodriguez, Pieters, Bardsley, Long, Dunne, Richardson, Benson.
Leicester have serious injury problems, the latest of which saw Harvey Barnes and Jonny Evans join those in the treatment room.
The Foxes make three changes overall, with Nampalys Mendy, Daniel Amartey and Hamza Choudhury coming in to the starting XI. Barnes, Evans and Luke Thomas (who drops to the bench) are those who make way.
Amartey is likely to be the man playing centre-back in Evans' absence.
Leicester: Schmeichel, Castagne, Amartey, Soyuncu, Ricardo Pereira, Tielemans, Mendy, Ndidi, Choudhury, Iheanacho, Vardy.
Subs: Fofana, Albrighton, Ward, Under, Fuchs, Thomas, Leshabela, Daley-Campbell, Tavares.
Sheff Utd v Aston Villa (18:00 GMT)
Striker Rhian Brewster, who joined for a club-record deal worth £23.5m, makes his first Premier League start since 30 January in place of Oli McBurnie.
It is the only change for Sheffield United from the side that started the 2-0 home defeat to Liverpool on Sunday.
McBurnie is on the substitutes bench. Brewster has yet to score a Premier League goal for the Blades.
Sheffield United XI: Ramsdale, Ampadu, Jagielka, Bryan, Baldock, Lundstram, Norwood, Fleck, Stevens, McGoldrick, Brewster.
Substitutes: McBurnie, Sharp, Mousset, Lowe, Burke, Foderingham, Osborn, Ndiaye, Maguire.
Aston Villa arrive in the Steel City on the back of a 1-0 away win at Leeds and boss Dean Smith sticks with the same XI that started at Elland Road last Saturday.
Jack Grealish is missing for the third game because a shin injury. Tyrone Mings wears the captain's armband.
Aston Villa XI: Martinez, Elmohamady, Konsa, Mings, Targett, McGinn, Nakamba, Ramsey, Traore, Watkins, El Ghazi.
Substitutes: Heaton, Taylor, Luiz, Trezeguet, Barkley, Engels, Sanson, Davis, Kesler.

Just over one hour to go until the early games get under way which means team news will drop in just a couple of minutes.
Crystal Palace v Man Utd (20:15 GMT)
I say the title would appear to be beyond Manchester United but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hasn't given up on it, and is drawing inspiration from Sir Jackie Stewart.

Hello!
There's three Premier League games coming up tonight with Crystal Palace versus Manchester United (20:15 GMT) following on from two early games.
Leicester take on Burnley (18:00) knowing a win will take them back up to second, albeit possibly for just a few hours, but the Clarets also need the points to ease concerns of getting sucked into a relegation battle.
The other game at 18:00 sees bottom club Sheffield United host Aston Villa. The Blades are pretty much at the playing for pride stage as they sit 15 points from safety, while a win for Villa will move them to within a point of the top six.
Plenty still to play for at both ends of the table.
The start of the season may have been barely six months ago but so much has changed since then.
A few games in and Manchester United were being described as a club in crisis after losing three of their first six Premier League games, which started with a 3-1 home defeat by their opponents tonight - Crystal Palace - and included a 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Tottenham.
Things are considerably more rosy at Old Trafford now, with the Red Devils second and having lost just one of their previous 20 league games.
Manchester City's insatiable form may mean the title is beyond Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, but they will be keen to take revenge for that opening day loss to the Eagles tonight.
