Alireza Jahanbakhsh is causing all sorts of problems since coming on and he does well to get into the box on the right and plays a brilliant ball across the face of goal. Neal Maupay looks certain to tap in but he scoops it over from ridiculously close range.

Ourhandsaretied: Once again, lots of random people are thinking they know the rules better than referees. I've never heard of a rule where you can't be offside if the ball went backwards. Only being behind the ball makes a difference as far as I'm aware.

Finally a shot for the Blades as David McGoldrick cuts inside after linking up with Ben Osborn but his shot is saved by Roger Sanchez.

Sheffield United haven't had a shot since the 27th minute.

After a very encouraging display in the first half they don't appear to have emerged from the changing rooms yet.

Brighton are not easing up, though, as Adam Lallana flicks a header just wide.

Keep this pressure up and it won't be long before Brighton score a legitimate goal.

Relief for Sheffield United!

VAR clocks that Jakub Moder had come back from an offside position to score, so it won't count.
