Manchester United

Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, speaking to BBC Sport: "A good game of football. You have to prepare well for Leeds to earn the right to play and dominate. I felt we did that. We won 6-2 last time but had 40% possession. Second half today we had 60%. Leeds can steamroller teams with their fitness but my team showed their fitness. We created two of three big moments and we could have scored.

"The way they play with man marking, maybe they didn't press as high as usual, and the way they defend you play outside their 18-yard box. There is not a lot of space. Little margins are the deciding factor.

"We have to win every single game to put pressure on City. This is two points dropped that makes them very safe. But we push on. We have two semis coming up and Liverpool in the middle. It was a difficult week last week but it is the business end of the season. You work so that every game matters.

On clubs' social media boycott: "We are making a stand. We work for years to try and stop this abuse. Hopefully this helps."

Leeds United

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa, speaking to BBC Sport: "The dominance was more from them than us. In the chances there was more balance. Clearly they had more balls to attack and we had less. The effort we make to stop the game becoming unbalanced is an over-demand. It comes more naturally to them to play how they want to play.

"To counter-attack it would mean we play in the opponent's half, leaving space behind. We didn't do this because we couldn't, not because it was a strategy.

"In the game we defended well. We couldn't attack how we wanted to. Even if we didn't dominate, we avoided the game becoming unbalanced. There are signs of evolution."

Manchester United

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to Sky Sports: "There's no guarantees in football that's for sure. I thought we played well, dominated the second half, just didn't have the ball to fall correctly for us in the moments we had.

"When two teams meet you create problems, you solve problems, they give you things to think about and we made them adjust to us. We put a really big shift in. I have seen Leeds run over teams in the second half and it was the opposite.

"You don't lose momentum, we are disappointed not to win but the boys have a lot of respect for Leeds. This is not going to be something we look back on as derailing our season."

On the social media blackout: "There's no doubt it is needed, action needs to be taken. It has to stop, full stop. We are playing our part and hopefully this will be the end of it."

There have been eight goals in Premier League meetings between Leeds and Man Utd this season, despite today's 0-0; in the competition's history, only Blackburn v Sheff Weds in 1997-98 saw more goals scored when one of the two meetings finished goalless (9).

Leeds United

Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa to Sky Sports: "The balance of the game, we had to make a massive effort and our opponent takes on the game in a more natural way.

"We defended more or less well but it didn't permit us to dominate, it was difficult for us to attack. Even if the game didn't favour us we managed to have chances at goal and we didn't receive too many chances at our goal.

"We have been playing against teams like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, and in games like this we have to concede some things.

"We wanted to impove our press when they were bulding from the back, and after we recovered the ball to keep it to allow us to attack.

"How the game went doesn't allow us to think we should have won the game. As a result, the draw is important."

Leeds United

Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips, speaking to Sky Sports: "This is what we are about, making it hard for teams to come here. I enjoyed the game having a battle in midfield.

"We man mark every game. I tried to keep Bruno quiet. Thankfully he didn't pop up with a goal so my job is done. We are more vulnerable if we don't pick wide men up. It is the way we play. The attackers are used to the marking and pressing.

"There were chances at either end. They had chances from set-pieces. We had a couple at the end. A fair result I think."

On the social media boycott by clubs against online abuse: "If it helps catch people sending online abuse it is good. If it helps find out who these people are then I am all for it. We need to get behind it. There have been too many cases. It is not needed or part of the game,."

Dean: If we don’t sort out the need for two defensive midfielders by next season we have absolutely no chance of progression at Man Utd.

Duffy: Man Utd frustrating watch. Lacking the killer instinct up top. Played for the draw.

Jay: If this is the second best side in England then we should be worried, embarrassing performance.

Manchester United

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire on Sky Sports: "It was tight. We had control of the game without punishing them. We knew how they would play, our attacking players love a one v one but today it wasn't to be.

"We kept them to a minimum, we were solid. We just couldn't find that edge. The intensity was there, both teams were trying to play the right way.

"Bruno Fernandes had the best chance of the game and on another day he puts it in the back of the net and we take the points.

"It's a big week for us."

Everything was good up until both penalty areas. We just didn't get that moment of quality.

A really competitive game of football. Lot's of hard tackles, a great watch.

Impressively, Leeds remain unbeaten against all the "big six" sides they have faced at home this season. They've drawn with with each of them apart from Spurs, who visit here next month.
