  1. HALF-TIMEpublished at 45+1 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

If you'd said one of the first two games today would have three goals before half-time, I'm pretty sure most people would have gone for this one over Wolves v Burnley.

It's not really got going yet. Very stop-start and few really good goal-scoring chances.

    Good effort!

Rashford hits the free-kick this time and hits the target. Meslier is forced into a diving one-handed save to prevent it finding the net.

It results in a corner that swung over and headed over by Maguire. He's scored tougher chances.

Another Man Utd free-kick near the edge of the box. James is felled by a Struijk tackle. Another chance for a pop at goal...

I think Leeds need to score to get Man Utd firing.

I wondered if Manchester United would be able to keep the pressure up, they haven't.

Leeds have been able to get on the ball more and have chances up the pitch.

The game isn't flowing at all. The referee isn't really allowing it to, blowing too regularly for free-kicks. Some of them clearly are, some not so much.

    Should have been? No.

Luke Shaw swings the latest free-kick to the back post but it drifts out ahead of Scott McTominay.

I am in the overspill section today, which is closer to both the directors' box and the benches.

When Luke Ayling wiped out Marcus Rashford just then, someone shouted 'he slipped'.

No wonder referees have a tough job if you can argue against that decision.

Another Man Utd free-kick. Roberts goes in on Greenwood. He gets ball and man. He also gets a yellow card.

Fernandes goes for goal from the angle but Patrick Bamford's head steers the ball over the net.

The resulting corner is also met by Bamford, this time to head away.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 37 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Ayling rightly goes into the book as he takes out Rashford wide left. The Leeds man slipped, but he can have no complaints.

It is another useful free-kick for the visitors.

  14. Postpublished at 35 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

An effort on target for Leeds. Phillips does really well to win the ball back high up the pitch, with Fernandes expecting more time. Dallas takes over and drives a low shot straight at Henderson from the edge of the box.

Dallas has already punished one Manchester club recently, courtesy of his two goals at City in Leeds' 2-1 win.

Joe H:The amount of times AWB passes the ball backwards is infuriating. Would much rather he lost possession attempting a forward pass occasionally.

aadi: Why do we start most of our matches uninspired and drab.

Poor corner. Harrison straight to the first man, who clears.

  17. Postpublished at 33 mins

Best Leeds attack of the game. They work space for Ayling to drive a cross that is hammered behind for their first corner.

  18. Postpublished at 31 mins

Fernandes places the ball precisely. And then boots it over the bar.

  19. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Leeds 0-0 Man Utd

Superb reading of the play and tackle from Ayling, who tracks across to get the ball and prevent a very dangerous-looking away attack.

Phillips then has to get a header in to prevent Fred getting the ball in the box.

The same Leeds player then makes a mistake fouling Fernandes on the edge of the box to give Man Utd a free-kick...

It is yet to really set fire. The commitment is there, but the arm wrestle is still swaying too and fro.

As you'd expect, the visitors are looking for the ball in behind as often as they can to use Rashford and James and the pace they offer.

Leeds have been a bit sloppy when they have had chance to come forward.
