The Norfolk side host play-off hopefuls Bournemouth tonight.

With promotion in the bag, the Championship title is the next target for Daniel Farke's side, who have won 11 of their past 13 games.

Daniel Farke's side have been outstanding this season after finishing bottom of the Premier League in 2019-20, winning 27 games.

Next task - get the couple of wins needed to be crowned champions.
