Southampton are defending well. I think Brendan Rodgers will change it at half time. They can afford to do that because no-one is causing a threat to the back line.

Leicester don't need three centre-backs because every Southampton player is in their own half.

Another wasted corner from Leicester. They've not really set the first half alight yet.

Luke Thomas hoofs it way out for a goal kick. Ayoze Perez has been sent to warm up after having a quick word with Brendan Rodgers...

Che Adams holds the ball up well and drags three players out wide with him.

It comes to James Ward-Prowse on the edge of the box but his shot is blocked.

Southampton will keep the ball though. They switch it around at the back.

Youri Tielemans is slipped in on the right but his strike is blocked by Alex McCarthy at the near post.

Some lovely one-touch passing in the build-up. The ball from Kelechi Iheanacho through to Tielemans was equally as good.

James Maddison is definitely getting sharper every time I watch him since his injury.

James Maddison is silky on the ball as he spins away from two players to gain a yard of space.

He's a long way out but tries to curl it into the top right corner. It never really had the legs.

Can Southampton deal with this pressure for the rest of the match? They have no outlet. It is going to keep coming and coming.

Kelechi Iheanacho has a pop from long range. Easy stuff for Alex McCarthy.

That's Leicester's first shot on target.

Vardy clean through on goal and brought down. Regardless of where Vardy was caught it's a straight red.

Luke Thomas' long ball is over Kelechi Iheanacho's head but picked up on the far side.

It's played inside to Wilfred Ndidi but Che Adams is back there defending.

You have to give credit to everyone involved for allowing the players to do that.

A short break here to allow Wesley Fofana to take on some fluids and a bite of a banana.

It is allowing him to break his Ramadan fast, which he spoke about earlier this week.

Leicester are starting to turn the screw. It looks like they want to get this done early - score and then manage the game.

It comes across to Timothy Castagne on the right but his deep cross is too long for both Jamie Vardy and Luke Thomas on the far side.

I have no dog in this fight but that is an appalling decision. Vestergaard wins the ball and knocks it away from Vardy. He catches him on the follow through but it's not reckless and the fact that he wins the ball means it's not late. Vardy never touches the ball and it's cleanly knocked away from him so how is it a goal scoring opportunity? Just dreadful and the game pretty much ruined now

The game has settled down a bit which is a shame because Southampton were quick off the mark.

They have started to drop back now while Leicester are patient in their build-up.
