My word this game is frustrating. Anthony Knockaert gets onto a lovely long ball for Nottingham Forest and he races into the box.

He has numerous opportunities to put a shot at goal but in the end he plays it short and it eventually falls to Cafu who fires well wide of the mark.

James Garner finally takes the Nottingham Forest free-kick after a fair bit of treatment for Yuri Ribeiro.

He curls it straight into the box and Sheffield Wednesday keeper Keiren Westwood just about gets hold of it after it takes a bounce in front of him.

Callum Paterson earns himself a yellow card after taking out Yuri Ribeiro on the near side of the pitch.

Ribeiro is down receiving treatment. That looked like it hurt. A body check if I've ever seen one.

Kadeem Harris works onto Joey Pelupessy's short ball after he won it back from Nottingham Forest deep in their half of the field.

Harris opts to let fly with a low strike on the 18-yard line which is blocked and he wins a corner.

Jordan Rhodes gets a head onto the corner but it's straight into the hands of Forest keeper Brice Samba.

A Sheffield Wednesday free-kick sails out and away and Nottingham Forest win the ball back.

At the other end, Cafu picks up the ball in acres of space outside the Owls' box but he opts to pass it instead and eventually Sheffield Wednesday win it back.

This still isn't a quality game, despite Wednesday playing with a bit more urgency.

Harris then does well from the free-kick that follows as he gets into the Forest box and wins a throw-in in a useful area.

We are back under way at Hillsborough after Nottingham Forest took a while to come out of their dressing room.

It's a season-defining 45 minutes for Sheffield Wednesday. Lose and they're down. Anything else as they're in with a shout for now.

A win is what they need and even that might be too little, too late depending on what happens later.

Blimey, after an absolutely dire first half, there's drama right on the verge of the half-time whistle.

To give some more context to the penalty, clearly what Sheffield Wednesday were trying to do was build from the back, only for that to fall flat on its face.

But Keiren Westwood pulls off a tremendous save to keep it goalless and keep them fighting for the second half.
