Writing in the match programme, Brighton boss Graham Potter says his side have made progress this season - despite struggling near the bottom.

The Seagulls have secured a fifth successive Premier League campaign, and Potter adds: "We’re still a work in progress but I’ve been happy, overall, with the way we’ve played, the way the players have taken on board the messages we’ve given them, and their attitude both in training and in games.

"There’s also a real togetherness which we’ve harnessed, but there is still plenty of room for improvement – and we’ll keep working hard, both individually and collectively, to reach our goals."

Manchester City

Manchester City can finish the season on 89 points if they win their last two games against Brighton and Everton.

That's 11 fewer than in 2017-18 when they won the first of their three league crowns under Pep Guardiola.

Get up Joe Bryan. That's poor. It's a flick of the finger on the face and he goes down. Whether he caught him in the eye I'm not sure. There's nothing in it at all from Greenwood.

Fulham defender Joe Bryan is inadvertently cause in the face by a stray Mason Greenwood arm and needs to go off for some attention from the physio.

Fulham should be level.

Ademola Lookman slips a precise throughball in behind Victor Lindelof into the path of Fabio Carvalho, but side-foots a tame effort into the grasp of David de Gea.

Had to score, just did not look confident enough to take it on and roll it in.

Kiko Casilla is at his best as he keeps out a decent attempt from about 18-yards by Che Adams but moments later flaps at a cross which gifts a chance for Nathan Tella who cannot keep his composure.

When Fulham do get the ball and you see the players o the ball they feel rushed. It's almost like everything is getting away from them. When Manchester United have the ball there's such a calmness about them. You can just see the gulf in quality.
