Quote MessageA club like Kilmarnock cannot afford to confirm a player's status until they know what division they're in. If Kilmarnock go down, their whole structure requires a rebuild.

Kilmarnock haven't had an issue scoring at home under Tommy Wright.
The Ayrshire club average at least two goals per game on their own patch, which might come in handy tonight given the fact they need to win the game.
One defeat - which came in Wright's first game in charge - in 90 minutes shows they are a harder nut to crack at Rugby Park, but the glaring concern is the clean sheet record.
Just one in eight games is far from from ideal and they only have one game left to improve that return. It's a huge night for Killie's backline.

Killie winger Rory McKenzie is one of Lee Ashcroft's former team-mates - the others being forward Greg Kiltie and midfielder Gary Dicker - who are survivors of that comeback win over Falkirk.
"We've been in this position before and managed to get out it," the 27-year-old said.
"It is a pride thing as well - you don't want to be part of a team that got Kilmarnock relegated. I believe we have enough experienced heads in there to get us through it.
"If you start thinking about what relegation could mean, it could get a bit overwhelming, but we need to focus on the football side of things."

That comeback win over Falkirk was bittersweet for ex-Killie defender Lee Ashcroft, who found himself being released by the Ayrshire club that summer.
Now at Dundee, Ashcroft is looking to end five seasons as a player in the second tier by ensuring there is no repeat.
"I look back and it was a great experience to go through," the former Dunfermline man said.
"I'm a Dundee player now and I want to get Dundee back in the Premiership, that's what I was brought in here for.
"Hopefully I can be a part of that and do my job on Monday - it would be amazing in my first year at the club."

There's a sense of deja vu for Killie fans heading into tonight's second leg. Five years ago, the Ayrshire club found themselves a goal down to Falkirk after the first leg of the 2016 relegation play-off.
Falkirk boss Peter Houston warned his side to expect a much stiffer challenge from Kilmarnock in the return leg, and he was right.
Lee Clark's team responded at a sun-kissed Rugby Park, scoring two goals inside the first eight minutes through Greg Kiltie and Miles Addison to wipe out the deficit.
Kiltie added his second and Killie's third just after the hour before Kris Boyd rolled in the fourth to make it 4-1 on aggregate.

Dundee manager James McPake says his side relish the pressure that comes with big games as he aims to take his side back into the top flight.
"There's a lot at stake, but it's a one-off tie now," he said. "It's a cup final. If we win the game then we know we're in the Premiership.
"The atmosphere will help us as well because it's great with fans, whether their your own or not. You want to play in front of fans.
"We'll relish that. Big games come with pressure. We want that. I can't wait for it. We're close at the minute, but close isn't enough. We need to do it."
Kilmarnock v Dundee (1-2 agg) (19:45)
Kilmarnock manager Tommy Wright has made two switches to the side that suffered a first-leg defeat at Dens Park.
Captain Gary Dicker is out with an ankle injury as Aaron Tshibola comes in, while Greg Kiltie makes way for Rory McKenzie in the frontline.
As for Dundee, boss James McPake has been forced into one change tonight as full-back Christie Elliot drops out for Jordan Marshall.
Elliot had to be subbed on Thursday with a nasty wound that required stitches.

Big roar from the 500 Killie fans as their team comes out to warm up.

Kilmarnock boss Tommy Wright says he is expecting a response from his players after an abject showing in Thursday's first leg.
"We are disappointed with how we played on Thursday night," Wright said. "So I'm expecting the players to be up for the game and put on a good performance.
"The importance of our goal will only come to light on Monday night if we go out and perform well, but I'm hoping we can take advantage because it's meant that we're certainly back in the game.
"It was nice to see fans at Dens and it'll be even better to see our fans in on Monday night. It's good that we're at home."
What's going on today?!!
John Hughes, Micky Mellon and Barry Ferguson all set to depart their respective clubs.
We've got a MASSIVE game tonight, let's try not detract from that too much, eh?

Dundee United manager Micky Mellon is to leave Tannadice after just one season in the job.
Mellon succeeded Robbie Neilson last summer and guided United to ninth place in their first season back in the Premiership.
Elsewhere tonight, Barry Ferguson is set to leave Kelty Hearts after leading the side into the SPFL.
