It's quite incredible what has happened here.

It is almost as if the day is pre-ordained to be Cristiano Ronaldo's.

Freddie Woodman has to do better with that - but he doesn't.

The last time Ronaldo played against Newcastle here he got a hat-trick.

    Just saying.

It is just incredible, Cristiano Ronaldo just gets put through by Luke Shaw. It is on his right and he drags it onto his left to keep it away from the defender.

He is one-on-one with the keeper and who else would you want in that situation?

    Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

    Finally!

The Gunners are up and running with a first Premier League goal. They made hard work of it, though. Tim Krul pushed Nicolas Pepe's shot on to one post. Pepe follows up and hits the other post, with the ball deflecting off the forward and to Aubameyang to finish from point-blank range.

VAR check it, but Aubameyang is behind the ball when it is deflected his way for the finish.

    Cristiano Ronaldo

This is turning into some second debut for Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese is single-handedly taking the game by the scruff of the beck for Man Utd.

The ball is fed into his path by Luke Shaw, the first touch is perfect into the box, he holds off Isaac Hayden and drills a low shot in between the legs of Freddie Woodman and into the net.

The home fans find their voices again, what a noise.

And here's a debut for South Korea forward Hwang Hee-Chan, who replaces Trincao for Wolves.
