The Premier League is the best league in Europe and Manchester City are by a distance the best team in it. So yes, City are favourites for the Champions League.

But I absolutely wouldn't write off Liverpool. They are extraordinary to watch. City are favourites but that doesn't mean they are going to win it.

If you don't have the attitude of winning one trophy a season, you're not going to win one trophy a season. Manchester United at their very best, you expected them to win at least one trophy each season. Why shouldn't Liverpool put pressure on themselves and do that.

Inter's greatest talents may have departed yet Inter looked more complete and more reliable.
