Vitesse will certainly be the happier of the two sides. They started very brightly but although they had chances, not many to really worry the visitors.

Slightly better from Tottenham attacking-wise - although that's not saying much - as a good combination down the right between Steven Bergwijn and Japhet Tanganga ends with Dele Alli getting the ball in the box. He loses it, though, and gives away a free kick trying to get it back.

No surprise that there's a lack of cohesion given how many changes Tottenham have made as another attack ends disappointingly for the visitors, this time Bryan Gil finding space on the right but then overhitting his ball into the box for Dane Scarlett.

Rennes lead didn't last long as Mura have equalised, 1-1 there.

No shots on goal yet for Tottenham while Vitesse are dominating possession. The home crowd is starting to quieten after a boisterous start so maybe Spurs can start to shift the tempo a bit.
