Starting in midfield for Vitesse today is Sondre Tronstad, who spent two years in England at Championship side Huddersfield.
He didn't play a first-team game for the Terriers but has become a first-team regular at Vitesse and earned his first Norway cap last year.
West Ham v Genk (20:00 BST)
West Ham are in action later and they are top of Group H with two wins from two games, while Belgian side Genk are in third place.
"I'm really enjoying it. We're a really happy club at the moment," said West Ham boss David Moyes.
"Everyone's enjoying the league games and Europe and I have to say I'm really enjoying the European experience.
"I want the players to go far in it. It would be great if we could top the group, but trying to make sure that we go through would be the main aim at the moment."
Both Tottenham and West Ham fans will have an interest in seeing Genk's Paul Onuachu in action later.
If reports are to be believed both clubs are interesting in signing 6ft 7ins striker, who has scored 11 goals in as many games this season and hit 35 in all competitions last season.

Steven Bergwijn, back from a six-game injury absence, starts tonight and the former PSV Eindoven player knows plenty about Vitesse.
"When I played in Holland, Vitesse were always difficult to play, especially at their stadium," said.
"They like to play football and they always have good players. It's not going to be an easy game but we are Tottenham so we need to win and I think we have enough quality."

Vitesse lost their last game in the Europa Conference League, going down 2-1 to Rennes, but head into tonight's game in decent form.
They have won three of their last four league matches, beating NEC at the weekend, and they will be looking to carry on that momentum.
They are also on a record-breaking run, having scored in six consecutive European matches for the first time.
