West Ham benefitted from a mis-hit cross from Arthur Masuaku on Saturday as he scored the winner in a 3-2 success over Chelsea.

The Hammers nearly got lucky again with Harrison Ashby from the right wing as goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic frantically back-pedalled. Luckily for the keeper the ball ended up on the roof of the net, not in it.

But what it did do is lift the noise at London Stadium. A jinking run from Andriy Yarmolenko got the fans on their feet before Pablo Fornals’ effort was deflected wide. Better from the hosts though.

It’s all a bit quiet at the moment as West Ham have struggled to create chances since that early Dinamo Zagreb goal. Sonny Perkins headed over but Dominik Livakovic in the away goal has not been tested.

It could be a big day for Perkins, 17, as he will become West Ham’s youngest goalscorer in European competitions if he gets on the scoresheet.

It's 1-5 on shots. West Ham have had 44% of the ball.

Mistake by West Ham's kids but they escape. Two defenders go for the same ball and send it back towards their own box in the process. West Ham keeper Alphonse Areola bursts out of his box to stop Mislav Orsic.

West Ham right-back Harrison Ashby comes forward to get involved in play but they lose the ball and Dinamo counter down his flank. Their break comes to nothing though.
