Villa youngster Jacob Ramsey has started the season in very impressive fashion but gets a challenge from behind wrong on Harry Kane and is booked.

A free-kick for Spurs 25 yards out, Kane is over it.

Brentford, who lost Vitaly Janelt in the warm up to injury, now have to make a change midway through this half as Shandon Baptiste falls awkwardly and can't continue. He is replaced by Mathias Jensen.

It was fantastic. It was a break away and there is great pace in the attack. You know Son has the quality to pick someone out and Hojbjerg takes his time, he controls and he doesn't try to blast it. He just places it into the net.

A promising moment for West Ham as they win the ball high up the pitch and Pablo Fornals gets into the box before squaring for Jarrod Bowen but the ball is just behind his team-mate.

West Ham have twice come from behind to win this season so are far from out of this but they have looked a little shaken by Brentford hugely impressive start. The Hammers have had four shots on goal so far but none on target.

Martinez was scrambling. It looked like he wasn't going to reach it, it was a fantastic effort and thankfully for Villa Martinez was able to tip it over.

Sho: Have to say I'm so impressed by how quickly Vieira has transformed the style of play at Palace. Thought he would struggle big time but to change so quickly from Hodgson's pie and chips football to this much more attractive style, fair play.

I think if you look at the run from Son it made the defenders drop a bit deeper and gave Kane the space he needed to turn.

He probably could have taken another touch but he has to quality to shoot from there but he blazes it over the bar.

Just before that shot, Son Heung-min had a delightful turn on the halfway line leaving the Villa full-back Matthew Cash flailing on the floor.

Cash out.

This was great improvisation from Harry Kane, and the striker almost scores from all of 40+ yards out.

The referee gives a free-kick just inside the Villa half and Kane runs onto it and lobs an effort at goal, but Emiliano Martinez tracks back to claw it away.

That would have been the work of a genius.

Palace full-back Tyrick Mitchell overstretches himself in a challenge and doesn't look too clever, needing lengthy treatment from the physio.

This has been the best spell for Tottenham, it is the first time they have got in behind. It is a good cross from Reguillon, Harry Kane takes up a good position at the back post and nods it down but there are no takers.

Brentford have started well but West Ham have real quality going forward and they are not far off taking the lead as Kurt Zouma heads inches wide of the post from a corner.

Sixteen minutes in and it has been pretty breathless so far.

The Spurs fans come alive when Sergio Reguilon whips in a tasty delivery to the back post for Harry Kane to nod down into the centre of the box, but young Jacob Ramsey is situated in the right place to clear.

Leicester need something to get them going this season, Belgium international midfielder Youri Tielemans tries to create something out of nothing but his long-range effort is gobbled up by Vicente Guaita.

Another quick break from the bright Bees as Rico Henry knocks the ball over a defender before flicking it out to Sergi Canos on the edge of the box. The Brentford winger's shot is deflected behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.

All the noise is coming from the away end with the travelling fans loving what they are seeing at the moment.

Conor Gallagher has done well in Patrick Vieira's side since signing on loan from Chelsea.

The well-coiffured midfielder has a go from range but Kasper Schmeichel pumps it to safety.
