You're already 5-0 down and embarrassed. I don't understand why the Manchester United players aren't making a tackle.

There's embarrassment then there's "gross embarrassment".
10 to go plus added on time.

The Liverpool players are just knocking it around the Manchester United players. This is gross embarrassment for them.

United don't touch the ball for around three minutes.
Diogo Jota tries to spin away from Harry Maguire but David de Gea is off his line to collect.
Man Utd 0-5 Liverpool
Lost count how many passes Liverpool have strung together here. If they score from this move it'll be one of the great team goals.

A training game for Liverpool now, it's keep-ball from the Reds.

A number of wiser people than me suggested the signing of Ronaldo might be Ole's downfall. I don't think it'll just be that but it really doesn't look like it's helped.

Sadio Mane on for Roberto Firmino.
The Senegal international would love to get in on the act.

I really can't see what Ole's philosophy is. United are clueless. Nobody knows where anybody is or what the plan is. You would think that professional pride might lift this lot but even that doesn't seem to work. Please Ole go, you'll always be a legend. Don't spoil it.

This could be painful for Manchester United fans.... but here's your chance to rate the players.
Have a go here.
Probably more enjoyable for Liverpool fans to be fair.

15 to go, think Liverpool will get one more for the cherry on the cake.

Mo Salah is getting frustrated because he knows there are more goals here. He wants Liverpool to move the ball quicker and he is slapping his thighs in frustration.
Man Utd 0-5 Liverpool
Liverpool are 5-0 up but Ibrahima Konate has been one of their best players, eating up the ground to dispossess Diogo Dalot.

That was nestling in the top corner, what a save from David de Gea.
Man Utd 0-5 Liverpool
Very nearly the sixth!
Trent Alexander-Arnold steps forward and smashes a strike which is heading towards the top corner but David de Gea dives full stretch high to his right to tip the ball over.
Brilliant save.

20 minutes remaining but you will feel there will be a fair few added on for that injury to Naby Keita.

Football is about what happens on that pitch, that trumps everything. Results change everything. This could very possibly be a direction changing result.
This is a real test of the Manchester United hierarchy's resolve that what they are doing here is the right thing.

Ahhh, just runs away from Diogo Jota when he tries to collect Roberto Firmino's pass into the box.
Control that and it was set for six.

Nearly a decade of constant humiliation and disappointment since Sir Alex retired. Absolutely sick of it. Half the team need to go, entire "coaching" staff, the board and the owners too. This is not just the story of Ole's ineptitude and the players' complacency, but the climax of a terribly run club that has put profit over football and tried to placate fans with nostalgia and memories instead of results. Pathetic.

Would they have Ole Gunnar Solskjaer back?
