Janine Beckie is the problem. Everton are trying to keep things tight centrally but that is leaving Beckie in acres of space.

Everton are having the odd flash at attacking involvement. Steph Houghton is robbed by Anna Anvegard, but her effort is blocked before it can cause any damage.

That's more like it from Hannah Hampton.

Having conceded a soft goal, the Villa keeper stands tall to thwart Molly Pike who looked certain to double Leicester's lead.

Another effort from the visitors as the dangerous Caroline Weir is allowed to have a pop from range. She doesn't quite catch it, though, and it ends up in the stands.

Everton have dropped a bit deeper after starting with a pretty high line in defence.

They are getting a bit stretched - Janine Beckie has cut inside off the left twice in as many minutes. Caroline Weir is getting the better of the Everton midfielders too.

It's very open at the moment. City have got the tall figure of Khadija Shaw up front and she's putting herself about early on.

Toni Duggan almost snuck in behind then but Izzy Christiansen couldn't quite pick her out.

That will be a combination I expect to see a lot this season.

Carla Ward has reacted to her side's disappointing first half showing by making a change up front. Shania Hayles is on for Jodie Hutton.

City try to get away with a ball over the top, but Alexandra MacIver is quickly off her line to hammer the ball away.
