Luke McCowan is ready to come on, but Dundee midfielder McGowan looks like he's going to be fine to continue for now.

A change for tired-looking Livingston as Alan Forrest comes on for Cristian Montero.

Again, Livingston surrender possession deep in their own half. Jack Fitzwater the culprit this time. One pass and Kemar Roofe is in, but his powerful strike is well kept out by the busy goalie.

As he did for the opening goal, Stephane Omeonga gives the ball away and it needs a good, strong hand from Max Stryjek to push over a rasping shot from Alfredo Morelo.

Omeonga hasn't played since February and only arrived at Livingston at the end of last week. How much longer will manager David Martindale give the midfielder?

A free header for Leon Balogun near the penalty spot but the Rangers centre-half can only glance the ball wide.

It's Dundee asking all the questions as Paul McGowan's miscued cross has to be pushed behind by Zander Clark.

The first corner gets headed behind for another and the following delivery is really poor.

For a minute it looked like Leigh Griffiths was about to see the net ripple as his curling free-kick had Zander Clark at full stretch, but the Saints keeper does well again to parry it away.

The save falls to Paul McMullan, who pretty much has the goal to aim at, but he completely scuffs the rebound.

He's got to do better there.

If he got his head up there was a huge gap for him to charge through.

Livingston have not mustered an attack of any note but have defended with discipline and good energy.

An entertaining first half in this all-Tayside quarter-final comes to end with no goals, but plenty of chances.
