    Leicester 3-2 Watford

We've got a pause in play now as ground staff come on to clear some of the snow from the pitch lines.

One bloke has a leaf blower. La di da. Another less fortunate one has to make do with a broom. Pulled the short straw that lad.

I can hardly see the stand over on the far side, the snow is that thick. It's getting thicker and thicker underfoot.

No, he did not! The goal stands!

Hopefully, I've explained all that right. It's pretty hard to tell what on earth is going on with all this snow!

We’re almost at a carpet of snow territory now. But this game is still as frantic as it was in the first half. With 35 minutes to go plus injury time, today’s goalscoring may not be finished with just yet.

    Brentford 1-0 Everton

Everton enjoying a decent spell now.

Brentford fail to clear a cross from Seamus Coleman and after an initial fluffed shot, Alex Iwobi fires a low shot that is saved by Alvaro Fernandez.

There is still something in this for them.

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

A rare attack by West Ham results in a corner as Ben Johnson's cross is deflected behind. Aaron Cresswell swings the ball in but it fails to beat the first man. Wasted.

  9. 'West Ham have to stay patient'published at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 1-0 West Ham

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

What you don't want is from someone to come out and vacate their position, leaving gaps in-behind.

You have to stay patient, you have to wait for Man City to try something, then win the ball back and try and counter as quick as you can.

Ben: Everton have lost their identity. Need a clear out including the coach they need to go back to the basics with Frank Lampard maybe.

    Leicester 3-1 Watford

We've got players slipping, the all holding up, sliding tackles leaving big long tracks in the snow.

It's all a bit chaotic. Not a nice experience for defenders trying to keep their feet against onrushing forwards.

    Brentford 1-0 Everton

Everton just can't get a foothold in this. Brentford are hardly blowing them away, but they are effectively nullifying anything they throw at the home side.

Top work by those with the brushes at half time. They've earned a Bovril or two for that bit of graft.

GoonerThoughts: What a lovely day for Arsenal fans, either Man City or West Ham and Chelsea or Man Utd will drop points so we’ll end the weekend a combo of closer to 4th, title challengers and/or extended the gap to Utd.

    What a waste!

Watford have a huge chance to get back into it as Juan Hernandez steps inside Jonny Evans but instead of shooting inside the box he opts to pass to Joshua King, who is clearly not expecting it and can't adjust to get a decent shot in.

    Why didn't Hernandez shoot himself?!
