    Brentford 1-0 Everton

    Big chance for Solomon Rondon!

He is fed the ball in the box with a marker at his back but turns way too easily and fires a low shot that Alvaro Fernandez saves.

  3. Postpublished at 14:24 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Gabriel Jesus chests the ball down for Ilkay Gundogan on the edge of the area and the German seems to have an age to wind up his shot but he doesn't connect well and his dipping effort goes wide.

  4. Disaster for Watfordpublished at 14:24 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Leicester 1-0 Watford

    Michael Emons
BBC Sport at The King Power Stadium

Claudio Ranieri would've wanted Watford to keep it tight early on, but that's a very early Christmas present for James Maddison and Leicester.

Jonny Evans launched a free-kick rather aimlessly forward and it should've been dealt with by William Ekong.

But the Nigeria defender, who missed a chance of his own earlier on when he headed over following a Tom Cleverley free-kick, ducked under the ball thinking goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann would collect it. Instead James Maddison was there waiting to open the scoring.

For Watford, they maintain an unwanted record - they have never kept a clean sheet against Leicester in a top-flight game, a run now at 21 matches.

    Brentford 0-0 Everton

The referee is going to the monitor. This spells bad news for Everton. It was a high boot. He may not have meant to catch Frank Onyeka, but catch him he did in the face.

  8. Postpublished at 14:21 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Brentford 0-0 Everton

It remains a bit of a battle.

The home side force a couple of corners in quick succession. The second causes a bit of panic in the Everton defence and offers a chance for Pontus Jansson from close range but he fluffs it.

Andros Townsend actually catches Frank Onyeka in the build-up with a head boot. They'll check this..

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Ilkay Gundogan receives the ball with his back to goal and attempts to hook it into the net but it is easy pickings for Lukasz Fabianski.

  10. 'Moyes absolutely furious'published at 14:20 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

David Moyes was out of his technical area and he was absolutely furious at Lukasz Fabianski, because that's another kick that he doesn't get contact on, it ricocheted into the path of Riyad Mahrez and it was a clinical finish. West Ham are lucky.

  11. VAR

Video Assistant Refereepublished at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Riyad Mahrez is through and arrows a shot into the bottom corner. He's celebrating but the strike is ruled out for offside. VAR has a check and the decision stands.

Great spot by the linesman in these tough conditions with the snow really coming down now.

  12. 'Guardiola is roaring at Mahrez'published at 14:18 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Pep Guardiola is roaring at Riyad Mahrez because he gave the ball away on the halfway line and that allowed Said Benrahma to break forward and pick a pass out into Michail Antonio.

He just tried to dink it over Ederson and it's out for a goal-kick. Every time West Ham attack they look so, so dangerous.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 14:17 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

Manchester City win the first corner of the game as Raheem Sterling's low ball deflects behind off Craig Dawson.

    James Maddison

    Absolute gift!

What is William Troost-Ekong playing at? A free-kick is pumped towards the Watford box and instead of heading clear, he ducks under it thinking his keeper was going to claim. Instead, James Maddison is there to gather and fire in low into the corner.

Claudio Ranieri pushes his glasses up his nose and shakes his head.

  16. West Ham time-wasting?published at 14:14 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport at the Etihad Stadium

Manchester City's fans are already getting a bit agitated at the time it is taking Lucasz Fabianski to take his goal-kicks.

    Time wasting already?

The snow has got a bit heavier by the way.

  17. Postpublished at 14:13 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

West Ham are playing some lovely stuff at the moment and Manchester City are having to do some defending as Arthur Masuaku whips in a decent cross but it just evades Michail Antonio's head and City clear.

Really good spell for the visitors at the moment.

  18. 'Lovely strike'published at 14:11 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2021

    Man City 0-0 West Ham

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Kyle Walker stepped into a lovely position on the right-hand side there.

Because of Arthur Masuaku's position and Aaron Cresswel's, they're so drawn to Gabriel Jesus and Riyad Mahrez, it allows Walker to step forward and unleash a lovely strike that fizzes past the post.
