Denmark come forward again as the ball is worked out wide to Janni Thomsen, who cuts inside and thumps a dipping effort towards the near post but Merle Frohms holds.

Good little spell for Denmark now as they win a corner as Sofie Svava's cross is blocked. Janni Thomsen swings the ball in low and it causes a little bit of panic on the goalline but Germany scramble clear.

That's just a little warning that Denmark are still in this game. It's their first real moment of quality. Signe Bruun takes it down really well on the half turn and lets fly. It's one I think Merle Frohms should save.

No surprises that Germany have dominated possession with 64% of the ball but still they can't let their guard down and Merle Frohms has to make a good save on the stretch to keep out Signe Bruun's hooked effort from outside the box.

Denmark's defence is breached again as Lea Schuller races through on the right. She gets into the box but her square ball across the face of goal is stabbed behind.

Denmark need to regroup now and they need to get Pernille Harder into this game more. They were bright for the first five minutes or so but have offered little since.

It's deserved from Germany. They had a little bit of luck with the ricochet but there was no luck with the finish. Lina Magull made absolutely no mistake.

Superb save by Lene Christensen as she keeps out Lina Magull's close-range volley.

It is relentless pressure from Germany at the moment.

Germany keep up the pressure as they win a corner. Lene Christensen comes out confidently to claim and there's a brief bit of respite for the Denmark defence.

There have been two, three or four instances now when Germany have picked up that second ball after a cross from Svenja Huth. They're certainly the dominant team in possession at the moment. They're assured, calm and confident in their shape.

How on earth have Germany not scored?

First, Felicitas Rauch hits the woodwork from distance again before Lea Schuller heads onto the post from the loose ball and then Lina Magull shoots wide.

The flag is up, however, so only Rauch's effort would have counted if it had gone in but a big warning for Denmark.

It was really good technique from Felicitas Rauch to keep the shot down. It's a great strike and she's so unlucky.

Felicitas Rauch is onto a loose ball on the edge of the Denmark box and drives a first time effort against the bar. Sara Dabritz fluffs her shot on the follow up, skewing it wide but thankfully the offside flag is raised to spare her blushes.
