At times tonight Austria have been at full tilt when they've been defending but they've just about managed it in the second half. Can they do enough to get themselves back in this game?

Wenninger gets beaten on that header and you really can't afford to get beaten by one ball in behind like that. Dallmann would be upset that she missed the target. She really should have scored in that situation.

Germany are not in control, they're losing the ball high up the pitch, not passing it well enough.

Germany almost wrap this up. Linda Dallmann runs onto a flicked-on long ball, knocks it down with her head and then shoots over. Maybe she was offside actually.

A big let-off for Austria. Goalkeeper Manuela Zinsberger kicks the ball straight off Alex Popp but the German loses her balance so can't take advantage.

I just think that Austria are very confident in their own ability, I know what they can do as a structure and a unit and they can defend well. It's just about managing the moments that don't go their way.

Great effort from Puntigam who goes with her left foot initially, ball ricochets back out and gets into her right foot and hits the woodwork. This is exactly the kind of pressure that Austria need to put on this German side.

Austria have not got Feiersinger on the ball enough. She is one of their strongest players and is so creative but it's so congested in that central area that it's difficult to get the ball forward and behind the German defence.

Both teams are causing problems but Austria just need to keep up this pressure because they've had the momentum the last couple of minutes with those two corners.

As a player, it gives you encouragement that you're on top and they have to take advantage. While it's 1-0 Austria have always got a chance.

Austria hit the woodwork for a THIRD time in this game. Germany don't properly clear a corner and Sarah Puntigam hits a sweet half-volley from 16 yards which flies past the diving keeper but hits the post.
