Wolves 0-0 Burnley
A little bit of pressure from Burnley ends with Charlie Taylor driving wide from distance. He's not scored for six years and that shot shows why.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea
Play isn't going to restart while the medical incident is happening in the crowd. The referee takes the players off the pitch.
West Ham 1-0 Brighton
Poor Jeremy Sarmiento. His first Premier League start ends with 11 minutes gone. Looks like he's pulled a hamstring.
On comes Solly March for Brighton.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea
Adam Masina is replaced by Danny Rose for Watford.
West Ham 1-0 Brighton
Brighton get lucky.
With Jeremy Sarmiento down, West Ham drive forward and Vladimir Coufal is allowed to drive a shot that Robert Sanchez initially spills before grabbing the ball just ahead of Michail Antonio.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea
There seems to be concern about somebody in the crowd at Vicarage Road with some medical staff going across to help.
Hope everything is OK.
That happened as Watford defender Adam Masina was getting treatment on an injury.
Southampton 1-0 Leicester
Southampton are playing really well here, we already know there's not going to be a 9-0 defeat today.
West Ham 1-0 Brighton
Optimistic.
Pablo Fornals nutmegs a man near halfway and tries to catch Robert Sanchez out with a drive from way, way out. He doesn't get it right, though, and fires straight at the keeper.

Sums up Brighton's season thus far. A missed chance and lax defending.
Tony, Sussex
Please Santa, all I want for Christmas is a brand new back 4, I've been good this year! Honest! Yours sincerely, Leicester fan...
Kyle, Oakham
Wolves 0-0 Burnley
Joao Moutinho sends a free kick into the box but Nathan Collins clears the danger.
Nine minutes in and that's the closest we've had to any sort of chance.
Southampton 1-0 Leicester
The other three times Jan Bednarek has scored in the Premier League, Southampton have lost 3-2.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea
Chelsea keeper Edouard Mendy needs treatment now after hurting himself catching a cross.
Andreas Christensen also had the physios on earlier.
Both are fine.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea
Two early chances for Watford striker Joao Pedro. The first is blocked well by Trevoh Chalobah and he goes even closer with the second.
Actually... it was Cesar Azpilicueta who almost scores an own goal the second time. Pedro didn't get a touch from a cross but the Spanish defender did - but his keeper saves.
Seconds later that same keeper, Edouard Mendy, tries to play it out and almost gifts Joshua King a chance.
What a start from the hosts.
West Ham 1-0 Brighton
Already this is now a tough, tough gig for an Albion side who have been struggling to score.
Wolves 0-0 Burnley
All a bit scrappy so far with five minutes gone. Adama Traore does almost get away down the flank but is brought down by Ben Mee, who is booked as a result.
Burnley could really do with a win today to avoid getting cut off a bit in the bottom three.
Tomas Soucek (5 mins)
They've scored from it!
It's shocking defending from Brighton. Tomas Soucek is such a huge threat. Everyone knows it. But he is allowed to get in at the near post largely unmarked to flick a header from Pablo Fornals' corner into the far side of the net.
So easy for the Hammers, who are up and running early on.
West Ham 0-0 Brighton
West Ham's first attack brings them a corner as Jan Veltman is forced to hack behind under pressure from Said Benrahma.
Watford 0-0 Chelsea

Jan Bednarek (3 mins)
Southampton have the lead.
Jan Bednarek bundles home a rebound after Kasper Schmeichel fumbles Mohammed Salisu's shot from a corner routine.
There is a quick VAR check for offside with Nathan Tella and James Ward-Prowse basically playing a one-two from the corner but the goal stands.
West Ham 0-0 Brighton
Albion are immediately on the front foot, and almost take the lead!
Neal Maupay, who has been a target for the boo boys of late because of his finishing, turns sharply inside the box and puts a shot just past the far post.
