He's been caught up in the moment, the animation of the game, he wanted to stop the free-kick, it is a yellow but it's a soft one.

He's taking his time coming off here too. The City players are trying to hurry him up.

Jimenez knows what he's done and he's milking it. He waves his headband around a few times - receiving jeers from the fans - and applauds the away supporters before finally going off.

Bruno Lage actually pats him on the back?! Bizarre.

Noooo, this is crazy. Raul Jimenez is booked for the challenge on Rodri.

The City midfielder tries to take the free-kick and Jimenez goes to stop the free-kick being taken. That's another yellow and that's him off.

He knows what he's done too. Ridiculous. Bruno Lage will be FUMING.

Liz: This would be the right use of concussion subs for Neves and Kilman. Players can't be allowed to decide when they've clashed heads. 15 mins, double sub, check them out, bring them back on. Why is this clear safety measure not happening?

City want a goal before the break. There's another corner on the left which is cleared.

They retain possession but Gabriel Jesus is on the floor when he tries to keep it on the right and he's penalised for handball.

There is a bit of an edge to this game now.

Manchester City's fans clearly think their team has been on the wrong end of a few decisions and feel the Wolves players - Romain Saiss in particular - are milking situations at the home side's expense.

That's really good from Adama Traore. He's not had a sniff all half but he's been holding it up and that's two free-kicks he's earned in the last few moments - both leading to yellow cards for two of City's defensive players.

Ilkay Gundogan's free-kick wasn't cleared properly by Raul Jimenez but it won't fall for Gabriel Jesus.

Adama Traore does really well to hold the ball up a few moments later, then wins another free-kick off Rodri. And it's another yellow.

Raheem Sterling tries to play a one-two with Jack Grealish outside the box and Conor Coady is late on the former Villa captain.

There's a sarcastic cheer from the home fans when the free-kick is given.

John: In both codes of Rugby both these players (Neves and Kilman) would have to go off for concussion checks, and temporarily subbed. Football still not getting real on this

Adama Traore is caught by Ruben Dias as he tries to turn away in the middle.

That is definitely a foul and Dias is in the book. Nice play from Traore.

Romain Saiss is back on the pitch. It's fair to say he didn't receive a warm applause from the home fans.

Romain Saiss definitely got a whack but it was very dramatic. He's back on his feet now.

Meanwhile, City get things going again with the corner. Jack Grealish's delivery is headed wide by Ruben Dias.

This is what really annoys me about football sometimes, Romain Saiss has gone down like he's been hit by Mike Tyson.

Footballers these days going down like that to try and get another player sent off.

Get Romain Saiss and Raheem Sterling in the ring.

Both players have been biting at each other all game. Sterling gets past him in the box and his cross is blocked for a corner.

But off the ball, Saiss goes down dramatically, claiming Sterling has whacked him in the face.

Rodri comes sprinting across to tell Saiss what he thinks, Conor Coady tries to keep the peace and referee Jonathan Moss has to have a word.

Both players are good to go. Neither Max Kilman nor Ruben Neves are going off.

The sight of Wolves players going down just triggers a reminder of what Raul Jimenez went through.

The Mexican's recovery was chronicled in a documentary that was on the BBC.

Thankfully this doesn't seem quite so serious. Jimenez is watching Ruben Neves and Max Kilman get treated.

Raul Jimenez was understandably very concerned when those injuries happened. He will be pleased to see both players are chatting away.

Both players will be assessed properly but Max Kilman is already up on his feet and pacing around.

We've had a really bad head-clash. This could be a concussion sub. Max Kilman is sitting up, he seems to have come out the better of the two.
