Harvey Barnes has been quiet. He tries to get away on the left but Javier Manquillo slides in to stop him.

West Ham are definitely having the better chances now. Jarrod Bowen cuts in and curls one towards goal. It's deflected behind for a corner.

Miguel Almiron has to do better there. That was a good opportunity wasted.

In his Footballer's Football Podcast this week, West Ham's Michail Antonio said the trip to Burnley would be "an awful game".

I mean "awful" may be a stretch at this stage but this certainly isn't threatening any 'game of the season' lists.

One for the purists. Burnley sending it long, West Ham getting it wide and in there. All you need is pie and Bovril and you're practically back in the 1980s.

Joelinton and Miguel Almiron try a one-two just outside the box and it almost comes off.

The return pass from Almiron is just too heavy. Joelinton would have been in.

Charlie Taylor catches Jarrod Bowen and the Burnley left-back is booked.

I think Nick Pope might have problems with his teeth or gums here. He gets some kind of padding to put in his mouth and he's going to continue.

Wayne Hennessey had been warming up in case he was needed.

Here are the action areas in this Turf Moor affair for the last five minutes. You can see West Ham are enjoying much of the ball and territory at the moment. Nick Pope is certainly the busier of the two keepers and while West Ham aren't exactly laying siege to the Burnley goal, you do get the sense they're far more settled than the home side.

The energy does not seem to be there today for Leicester. They are playing the ball around nicely but without any real purpose.

Leicester are starting to see a lot more of the ball now. It's not yet burst into life this game though...

Burnley are relatively compact out of possession and West Ham are frequently pushing the ball wide during attacks. Right-back Vladimir Coufal has had 18 touches as he seems to be in position to deliver balls into the box. The only player on the pitch with more is left-back Arthur Masuaku, who is trying the same from the other flank.

West Ham's issue is that, so far at least, Burnley's central defenders are dealing with deliveries relatively easily.

You can see why that was a yellow card. The referee had no choice. Patson Daka got into a good area and drew the foul.

Boubakary Soumare gives it away now. It's straight to Allan Saint-Maximin but his shot is blocked.

Leicester break through James Maddison, he feeds in Patson Daka. He's brought down by Jamal Lewis, who gets a yellow card for it.

West Ham have the ball for a minute or so, a really nice move involving most of their midfielders and forwards, and then Vladimir Coufal's cross is straight at the first man.
