Manchester United in fits and starts have been aggressive on the ball but they are looking around at each other too often and asking which of us is taking control? No-one is really doing it for them.

For Wolves, Neves and Moutinho have been brilliant in midfield, they have dictated and it has been a joy to watch in this half.

Stuart Mitchell: is it going too far to say Phil Jones has been United's best player that half?

Reddevil Jay: Phil Jones has been brilliant that half. The only bright spot from all of United (though Ronaldo has run his socks off), who have on the whole been pretty poor. Again the biggest issue is the inability to make a pass. Couldn't be more basic.

Phil Jones (96%, 24/25).

Jones is also top or joint top in the United team for duels won, interceptions, possession gained and blocks.

Wolves had 15 shots in the first half - the most (since at least 2003-04) a visiting team has had at Old Trafford in the opening 45 minutes of a Premier League game.

Remember, Wolves have only scored 13 Premier League goals this season - in eight of their 18 (and a half) games.

Brilliant last-ditch tackle by Phil Jones!

Excellent defending by Phil Jones to stop Nelson Semedo's low ball reaching Ruben Neves.

It was nearly the biggest mistake you've seen this season! He played Jimenez in, an incredible decision by Cristiano Ronaldo. He stands and watches and is helpless but as the ball is played into Jimenez he is offside.

Cristiano Ronaldo is lethal in the opposition box. But he was nearly lethal for his own team then.

Probably stick to scoring goals rather than defending Cristiano.

Wolves should score. Cristiano Ronaldo plays a blind header back that finds Raul Jimenez and not David de Gea.

Jimenez can't get it under control, but he does head wide moments later from a Marcal cross. Actually he was offside that time - but not the first.

United have just ticked over 50% possession now, they've had two-thirds of it for the last 10 minutes.

When I said earlier I had to check what number Phil Jones was wearing it's because Nemanja Matic is dropping so deep at times it's like he's another centre-back.
