Marco Silva will be delighted with his side's early goal so far, but will also know that 1-0 is not a safe enough lead in this division on the road.

Lewis Grabban's corner headed clear impressively by Tosin Adarabioyo.

He rises above everyone else by some distance.

At the other end, Neeskens Kebano overhits a cross from the right and ironic cheers from the Trent End greet it going behind for a goal kick.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Terrific tempo to this match so far.

Both sides very keen to move the ball around quickly.

Lewis Grabban and Philip Zinckernagel combine and the latter's shot is deflected behind for a Forest corner.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

    Harry Wilson hits the crossbar!

But, it wouldn't have counted anyway after he was adjudged to have unfairly nudged Tobias Figueiredo off the ball with an over-exuberant shoulder charge.

Can still pack some force for a small man!

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Djed Spence again looking like a source of attacking danger for Forest.

He skims a low cross into the Fulham area towards the penalty spot, but it just won't fall to Brennan Johnson's feet for a shot and Fulham scramble it clear.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Joe Worrall does just enough to deny Aleksandar Mitrovic a shot on goal.

Harry Wilson again went flying clear down the right for Fulham to try and find Mitrovic at the near post but the Forest centre-back helps shepherd the ball out of play.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Old school drop ball scenario in play!

James Linington the referee finds himself accidentally caught up in the flow of a Fulham attack and stops it dead in its tracks.

Harry Wilson was showing some neat touches down the left and fizzes passes with Antonee Robinson and then it was abruptly ended.

Ironic cheers from the home side as it wins them back possession.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Free-kick to Fulham as Neeskens Kebano gets in a tangle with Djed Spence.

Dangerous position this for several of Fulham's talented line-up to stand over.

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Fulham

Djed Spence showing no signs of being put down by that unfortunate own goal.

He fizzes in a lovely left foot cross from the right touchline that is crying out for a red shirt to get on the end of it.

Sadly for the hosts it just has too much on it to find Lewis Grabban and behind it goes for a goal kick.

James Linington goes to his notebook for the first time to show Jack Colback a yellow card.

Bit too much of a robust challenge from the Forest midfielder on Tom Cairney near the centre circle after he was dispossessed.

Forest get their first corner after almost turning defence into attack into a goal.

Tosin Adarabioyo just manages to nip the ball off Lewis Grabban as he thought about taking a shot.

Behind it goes but the visitors manage to head it clear.

Fulham hustling off the ball well to deny Forest any time on it.

But the hosts avoid any further alarms.

First set piece for Fulham. First goal of the game.

Aleksandar Mitrovic is going to try and claim it after his flick from a low corner goes goalward, but there's another touch on it before it finds the back of the net and evades Brice Samba.

It's going to go down as an own goal against Forest full-back Djed Spence.

That's rather dampened the atmosphere all of a sudden.

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Fulham

First corner of the game as a shot from Aleksandar Mitrovic takes a deflection as it goes over the crossbar.

More than a hint of a shirt pull on the Serbia striker too.

  18. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Fulham

Fulham start to up the tempo a touch.

Neeskens Kebano and Antonee Robinson seeing some space down the left early on, but Forest organised to cover any crosses from that region.

  19. Postpublished at 4 mins

Patient opening from both sides as they both try and work out a pattern of play.

Nothing of note as yet around either penalty area.
