Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Matt Newsum
BBC Radio London reporter
Fulham have found their groove again after the international break and have Tom Cairney starting for the first time since December 2020 after a long struggle with a knee injury.
They thrashed QPR in the derby and then saw off Cardiff in midweek, but their promotion mettle will be tested by an in-form Forest side.
That said, Forest's four straight wins have largely come against out-of-sorts opponents in Birmingham, Barnsley and Bristol City in particular, so the third-placed Cottagers represent their toughest test under new boss Steve Cooper.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Fulham arrive at the City Ground this afternoon as the joint-highest scorers in the four English divisions so far this season (level on 29 with Ipswich Town having played one game fewer).
Their latest goal-filled victory came against Cardiff City at home on Wednesday.
As well as top-scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic maintaining his linear goals-per-game ratio with his 13th in as many appearances, midfielder Tom Cairney also found the back of the net on his return from a long-term injury.
But, Marco Silva's men are also prone to letting a few in at the other end, as their last way trip demonstrated when Coventry City turned them over 4-1 in a Saturday lunchtime kick-off.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Nottingham Forest come into this fixture among the form horses in the Championship after a dramatic midweek 2-1 win at Bristol City.
Lyle Taylor's stoppage-time brace, the first from the penalty spot, recorded a fourth win on the bounce and extended their unbeaten run under Steve Cooper to six matches.
This will undoubtedly be the stiffest examination so far of Cooper's tenure at the City Ground against a free-scoring Fulham outfit.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Fulham manager Marco Silva also makes just the one change to his starting line-up from midweek.
Club captain Tom Cairney comes in for Harrison Reed, who takes his place on the bench.
Can Mitrovic make it 14 goals in as many games?
Fulham XI: Rodak; Odoi, Robinson, Adarabioyo, Ream, Seri, Cairney (capt), Decordova-Reid, Kebano, Wilson, Mitrovic.
Subs: Gazzaniga, Hector, Tete, Onomah, Reed, Stansfield, Muniz.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Steve Cooper makes just the one change to his Forest side that won at Bristol City.
Jack Colback comes back into the midfield as James Garner drops to the bench to keep the likes of Lyle Taylor and Joe Lolley company.
Nottingham Forest XI: Samba; Worrall, Figueiredo, McKenna, Spence, Lowe, Yates, Colback, Zinckernagel, Johnson, Grabban (capt).
Subs: Horvath, Bong, Lolley, Garner, Ojeda, Mighten, Taylor.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Fulham begin the afternoon in third after West Brom's victory against Bristol City on Saturday lifted them up to second place, two points above them.
Marco Silva's side recorded back-to-back home wins against QPR and Cardiff City last week and have lost just once in their past five league matches.
Forest meanwhile are starting to look upwards rather than downwards under Steve Cooper.
Four wins on the bounce and five out of six since Cooper took over in mid-September have taken them up to 14th before kick-off.
Victory could see them rise as high as 12th come full-time.
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (15:00 BST)
Right then - seconds out, round two of this afternoon's Championship action!
Let's hope we've got some more goals in store on the banks of the River Trent...
Sunday's Championship action
I'm going to take a quick breather but Adam Williams will return in 10 minutes to build you up to kick-off in our second game of the afternoon between Nottingham Forest and Fulham.
Let's hope that match picks up from where they left off at Oakwell!
FT: Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Victory moves Sheffield United up to 14th, just three points from a play-off spot in a very congested table.
The Blades will be relieved to have won after a run of three defeats in four, but I'm sure Slavisa Jokanovic won't be pleased at how difficult they made it for themselves.
At 3-0 it should've been a relaxed end to the game, but it turned out to be anything but.
FT: Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
The big question will be whether that spirited response from Barnsley will be enough to keep head coach Markus Schopp in his job for another week.
At 3-0 down the home fans were calling for change in the dugout but his changes paid off as the Tykes players showed they're still willing to fight for their boss.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Who honestly predicted that second half, after what we saw in the first 45 minutes?
Exhilarating stuff.
A Lys Mousset double and Ben Osborn goal had Sheffield United seemingly home and dry, but subs Devante Cole and Aaron Leya Iseka powered home to set up a grandstand finish at Oakwell - thought ultimately not enough for Barnsley to avoid a sixth straight defeat.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Barnsley's Toby Sibbick gets his head to it but the ball goes wide.
That could well be it.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Barnsley have a corner and goalkeeper Brad Collins comes up.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
This time Devante Cole provides the drive as Barnsley look to create one more chance but his attempted through ball is wayward and Sheffield United stay strong.
Two minutes left.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Sheffield United are running the clock down pretty well.
William Hondermarck makes a strong run forward for Barnsley but the eventual cross goes behind for a goal kick.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
We're into six minutes of stoppage time at Oakwell.
One last push needed from Barnsley if they're to complete a quite extraordinary comeback.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
Sheffield United have gone from looking like they could score four or five, to merely holding out.
No matter what happens I'm sure there'll be an inquest back at Bramall Lane into these last 15 minutes.
Barnsley 2-3 Sheff Utd
I think they call this 'game management', from Slavisa Jokanovic.
The Sheffield United boss takes off striker Oli McBurnie, with centre-back Chris Basham on in his place.
