Talk about bodies on the line. Victoria Williams loves to defend. As a centre-back you need to make sure you protect your goalkeeper. She gets back on the line and heads it away. If you are going to win games like this you need to have a bit of luck go your way.

She didn't look happy with the challenge after having that shot. It's a great touch inside but a challenge from behind just caught her.

Arsenal are finding it too easy in midfield to spray passes. Ford maybe had too much contact on her header. It is the warning to Brighton that if they commit too many bodies up the field Arsenal are more than happy to punish.

A great save. A fantastic recovery. You usually see Caitlin Foord put them away there but that is the value of a good goalkeeper.

Best chance of the game so far as Caitlin Foord picks the pocket of a defender before firing a shot into keeper Megan Walsh's body.

Should be 1-0 to the Arsenal.

That point hasn't come yet though as Arsenal's Nikita Paris is the latest to fire a shot off target.

When you come to a game like this as Brighton you break it down into sections. You get through the first 20 minutes and see where you go from there. At some point you can get possession and try to turn Arsenal around.

This is an attack vs defence drill now.

You know the one where the defenders win if you cross the halfway line?

In the last five minutes it's been 0-0 in that drill too. Brighton haven't got the ball into Arsenal's half for a long time.
