I have seen Bruno Guimaraes at Lyon. He is an exceptionally talented player. He can do either role - play as a holding or attacking midfielder. Technically superb and good football intelligence. I think the Geordies can be really excited about this player.

You look at the character of some of the Everton players - the body language is all wrong.

No doubt Newcastle are good value for money - they have been the hungrier, more dominant team as the game has worn on.

I have been critical of Jamaal Lascelles in the past, but he has had a great game tonight and led the team brilliantly.

Dele Alli goes down in the box, but he kicked Matt Targett more than the other way round. No penalty.

I have run out of superlatives for Allan Saint-Maximin - he just makes things happen. He is unplayable at times. What a player he is - huge for Newcastle at the minute.

Dwight McNeil drives an effort at goal from 30 yards after a free kick is half cleared. It is easy pickings for David de Gea but it is all Burnley at the moment.
