A painful one for Kalvin Phillips in the middle of the park, getting the point of Nico Schlotterbeck's knee right on his thigh.

The Leeds midfielder attempts to get back onto his feet but has to sit back down again.

It has indeed started at a break neck speed.

Now England skipper Harry Kane lets fly from the right hand side of the box but that's not troubling Manuel Neuer, grabbing it low down like Jonny Bairstow in the slips.

Better from England, a quick passing move releasing Raheem Sterling in the box but the Man City forward's pull back is cut out by Antonio Rudiger.

England haven't got going yet, they've not managed to string two passes together. It brings the usually mild-mannered Gareth Southgate out of his seat.

This game has started at an electric pace. It has an amazing atmosphere to it.

Harry Kane lumps the ball long and it allows Manuel Neuer to sweep up for the first time, casually heading the ball down towards his centre-back Antonio Rudiger.
