Nico Lennon: That was a stunning save by Dubravka from Bowen. The ball came at him very quickly and he somehow managed to push it onto the bar. It was a close escape and a reminder of the threat West Ham pose, despite our early pressure.

Chris Wood does really well to beat his man and get a cross into the six-yard area which West Ham just about scramble clear through Kurt Zouma. Still a few boos each time he touches the ball.

I bet my cousins that Newcastle would win the league back in 2005. It was £30 each and I never paid up. Might see if I can go double or quits for 2023. We look good.

That wasn't a great challenge at all from Craig Dawson. He was lucky there was a foul given just beforehand, otherwise he would have been in trouble.

Newcastle look like the team in fifth place at the minute. They’re so comfortable in possession.

It’s a great start from Newcastle, but this is something you wouldn’t expect from West Ham. They’ve been sloppy from set plays, which is something they base their game on.
