And just as I say that, Jeff Hendrick works a lovely ball in towards the onrushing Albert Adomah as QPR make their first attack of the game.

Adomah looks to slot home into the bottom right-hand corner but Blackburn keeper Thomas Kaminski makes the save.

Such has been Blackburn's dominance in this first half, QPR are yet to have a single shot on goal.

Most of the action has been confined the visitors' half of the field.

Having seen a replay of that Blackburn chance, it's impressive how they get Reda Khadra through on goal so quickly.

Within the space of two passes, they gain ground from the halfway line to the QPR box, including a lovely delivery from Tyrhys Dolan.

Just over half an hour gone and it's still goalless, mind.

That was good play again from Blackburn, great play. But again Reda Khadra wasn't confident of taking the chance.

You're looking for someone else to help him, possibly, or he needs to commit to a shot.

Neither happened, and it goes down as a bad miss.

Reda Khadra puts it in but it's immediately headed away for ANOTHER corner which QPR hastily deal with.

What a ball it was from Jan Paul van Hecke in the first place.

I think Khadra was playing for a penalty, and I don't know why.

He was through on goal, take the responsibility. He didn't there in a one-on-one situation.

Sam Gallagher does well to work down the right flank as Blackburn continue to overwhelm QPR.

It's cleared but once again Blackburn win it back and Reda Khadra is played clean through on goal but he fires a low shot straight at the legs of Rs keeper Seny Dieng.

That's a poor finish, Rovers should be one up here.

Eventually Harry Pickering concedes another throw-in to the visitors.

No sooner do QPR start putting a string of passes together do Blackburn win back possession and break upfield.

The hosts win another corner but it's played over a busy box and out midway through the QPR half for a throw-in to the Rs.

The corner is cleared by QPR but Blackburn are playing a decent pressing game here and they just can't seem to be able to keep the ball for long.
