Everton boss Frank Lampard talking to BBC Sport: "Mistakes. Crucial mistakes [cost us], allowing their stengths. We were comfortable for 15 or 20 minutes. Individual errors led to goals which took the game away from us. It’s difficult when you're 2-0 or 3-0 down.
"You can point out the strengths of Spurs' team. When you know what's coming and fall foul of it, that’s the most disappointing thing.
"The reaction was not good enough. It was the reaction of a team used to losing away from home. We need to sort it out.
"The psychological side is one [element]. Football is about being resilient. The only way to turn that round is to work hard. Then it’ll turn. It doesn't come from magic, it comes from work.
"Dominic [Calvert-Lewin] is still striving for full match fitness. We need him in the team and don’t have time to feed him in. Anthony Gordon was our standout player because of his attitude and quality. Some other performances were not up to scratch. I won’t name names. Today the team issue was we weren’t good enough.
"Up and down [form] and that's not a good thing. Losing 5-0 is the same, three points not gained away from home. Teams around us are also losing games. We’re in a similar position to when I got here.
"[What he said after the game] needs to stay in the dressing room. Some things need reflection and a bit of time. Some things need to be said straight away. But it’s a good group. We have to hold our hands up to them [fans] and saw it wasn’t good enough.
"13 games left, that’s a couple more than some other teams. I could tell there was a fear of relegation when I came in. 13 games is a lot of points, a lot of football. I looked at it, the results before I came in, some of the base stats don’t lie. They don’t change overnight. At Goodison we’ve been really good and away from home we haven’t. This challenge isn’t bigger than I expected, I knew it would be."

Everton boss Frank Lampard talking to Sky Sports: "Well beaten obviously, started alright first 15 minutes. We spoke about the counter attack, and we didn't deal with it well enough. Individual moments of bad defending.
"Some of those goals are just mistakes. We have to think of the bigger picture, 13 games to go. Teams around us are difficult. Before I came in, there were issues and they are becoming clearer but important the positivity remains, not stupid positivity.
"Gives me a lot of food for though going forward. If you give away goals, the mental side comes in., But the football always starts it.
"All the messaging was clear but make errors and they will score goals.
"I have no problem with the challenge, I knew what it was, The general feeling has been very good and we cant lose that because people will throw things at us for one bad game.
"I had 20 years as a player. I had 100 periods like this. Everything is relative. It is important you stick together and work hard.
"I am confident, that doesn't mean anything. I didn't walk into the building with a magic wand. I am absolutely confident that is why I am here. The feeling at this club when I came here was we could be going down, it was clear around the city, it was up to me to change that and I thought we had changed that. But this is a test of that.
"No fear of what is ahead, I can't wait for the next two games at Goodison. I will be ready for them, the players will be ready for them, they have to be ready for them."

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte talking to BBC Sport: "A good night for sure. For my players and our fans, I am sure they are very delighted for this performance. A very important three points for the table.
"We will try to fight until the end for the best possible position in the table. A top four race for sure and we want to be involved. I think we are becoming stronger in many aspects.
"We have to avoid ups and downs and to be a stable team. We have to take the responsibility now. We have to fight to reach the best possible position and to fight for a place in the Champions League.
"For sure it won't be easy. We need to have ambition and I think we can do this, I think we ready to do this.
"A good night, but I always say to my players 'from tomorrow' we need to prepare for the game against United. I want an important answer in an important game to confirm what I think that this team is improving. Now this is the past.
"Harry Kane played an amazing game, like the other players. It is important to confirm on Saturday what we showed, otherwise we start again to have up and down. A big challenge against an important team who are fighting for a place in the Champions League."

Spurs boss Antonio Conte to Sky Sports: "A good game. Also a good answer after the last defeat. It wasn't an easy game because Everton are fighting. They have a really good squad with good players. Tonight we played a really good game. We moved the ball very well. We attacked the space at the right time.
"I'm pleased for my players. The hard work we are doing is starting to pay. This team is improving a lot. We have a lot of space to continue to improve.
"It's not enough. The players and I want to try to be competitive and to fight for position at the top of the table. We have to take this responsibility, the players and I, in the last 12 games to give everything. We'll see what our position will be.
"Harry Kane is in a good moment of form. He's an important player for us. Today it's good to celebrate because we won 5-0 but I want an answer from my players in the game against United on Saturday. I want to see if we're getting better and better in a tough game against an important team fighting with us for the top four.
"It was a good night for everyone. On Saturday it will be a really tough game and we have to show we're becoming stronger.
"Since my arrival in Tottenham I didn't know if it could be realistic but now after our months of hard work I think the two players complete our squad. Now my expectations have become higher.
"It's difficult to beat us when we have more days to prepare. The big problem is when we have games in a short period. When you don't have more time to prepare the game... Now we have only one target, to finish in the best possible way. We have more time to prepare and we have to try to do our best and we'll see at the end of the season."

Tottenham's Harry Kane on Sky Sports: "No game in the Premier League is easy. Credit to how we set up and we punished them on the break. All in all a really good Monday night.
"It is all about getting those chances and I am always confident I am going to hit the target. I always try and keep the ball low. Hard work and practice, it is no secret.
"Over the last few years, my game has changed a bit, in terms of dropping into the pockets, I played as a number 10 in the youth team. As teams and managers change, you have to adapt your game.
"Thierry was one of the greatest strikers we have seen, so nice to go above him in the scorers list and hopefully they keep coming.
"The top four has to be our ambition. We are not the finished article yet but the manager has had time to settle in and physically, I think we are in a really good position. We are in there and in the mix and we have to feel that pressure if we want to to be a top team. We can't hide from that."
