So far so good but it's only half time and we are Spurs.

    Mark, Belfast.

There is no way Man U get fourth now. Spurs and Arsenal will fight it out. And no Champions League for Man U means a major exodus - they are out of it now for years.

    Frank, London

If Everton can take one positive from that 45 minutes it's that Frank Lampard has experience managing in the Championship.

    Michael, Anfield.

Ben Hall: How successful a players career is will be based on his trophy cabinet. The greatest players in the premier league have countless medals. Harry Kane has a golden boot, should he go down as possibly the best striker in prem history? Absolutely not.

It is woeful from Everton, the first two goals they conceded were massive individual errors and then they tried to play offside for the third.

What chance do you have when your centre-half volleys into the top corner early on and then it's followed up by an error from Jordan Pickford?

If you saw these goals on a Sunday in a pub league you would say it's woeful. Spurs could've had more. If you look at Everton's body language they don't believe they can win.

Frank Lampard may be thinking 'was it the right decision to take over?' Everton are a real mess, Tottenham in total control, this could be anything in the second half.

Spurs very much in easy street.

Shuvam: The Everton hierarchy really thought Lampard could solve what a CL-winning manager like Benitez couldn't. Lampard should resign before he has relegation on his CV.

David Thackeray: Frank Lampard might want to avoid teams that play in blue if he's to continue his managerial career.

There's a bit of a melee between the players as they head down the tunnel. There didn't seem to be a proper flash point there, not sure what happened.

Lovely finish by Harry Kane. Never looked like missing for a moment.

Everton are a shambles. Midfield non-existent and defence horribly vulnerable. This is very messy for Frank Lampard and could get a lot worse.

Should Frank Lampard be thinking about damage limitation now? Their goal difference is worse than Burnley's now.

    Spurs 3-0 Everton

What a finish this is. Everton screaming for offside. Kane bullies Michael Keane, it's a tight one, very, very close. It's so, so tight, but what a finish.

Kane composes himself beautifully and gives Jordan Pickford the eyes and whips it across him - as clinical as they come. Three-nil, it's game over already isn't it?

  19. goal

GOAL - Spurs 3-0 Evertonpublished at 37 mins

    Harry Kane

    Ah.

Brilliant from Harry Kane as he starts in the centre circle and then makes his run onto a Matt Doherty through ball before slamming past Jordan Pickford.

Everton left so many spaces at the back there.

There's a VAR check but Kane is onside and the goal stands.

Kartik Venkat: Everton just have a bunch of bad players. Not even Pep could do anything with that lot.
