    Arbroath 0-0 Kilmarnock

A bright start from the visitors so far.

Arbroath are pinned in a bit but will likely have plenty of space when they break.

  8. Some peak Campbell pre-match 😂published at 19:40 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February 2022

    Arbroath v Kilmarnock (19:45)

In his pre-match interview, Dick Campbell has a few sly digs at Derek McInnes and Tony Docherty for their purported lack of honesty on the golf course...

"Their handicaps certainly need to be looked at, that's all I'm saying. They're cheats!," he says.

Mind games between pals with huge respect for each other? Or can he simply not help cracking jokes all the time?

  10. Previously between the sides 👇published at 19:34 Greenwich Mean Time 4 February 2022

    Arbroath v Kilmarnock (19:45)

These sides have met twice already this season and it is advantage Arbroath so far.

Friday 24 September was their first league meeting under the Gayfield lights and it was on BBC Scotland then, too. A cagey, but action-packed, 0-0 stalemate was the final outcome on that day.

Fast-forward to Saturday 20 November and they met in Ayrshire this time. Dick Campell's side edged out 1-0 victors thanks to an 85th-minute strike from the then on-loan Anton Dowds. He's now back at his parent club Falkirk.

Kilmarnock are probably slight favourites tonight. They've recruited a lot and the signings have probably galvanised them. But you simply cannot write off this Arbroath side

Good luck telling both sets of fans tonight it isn't, anyway...

How do you see this one going?
