Harry Wilson inches away from making it 1-1 at The Hawthorns.

Just wide of the left post beyond a full-stretch Sam Johnstone.

    Birmingham City 0-2 Middlesbrough

The Blues aren't letting this one go just yet, as Marc Roberts sends a header over the bar from a corner. Still, the hosts have yet to officially have a shot on target and we've only got around 13 minutes to go.

A win for Middlesbrough tonight would be their first away victory since December.

    Barnsley 2-0 Bristol City

Bristol City show a slither of chance of getting back into this with their best bit of attacking play.

Jay Dasilva whips an excellent cross into the box but Chris Martin, under pressure from the defence, sees his header go over the bar.

Just over 15 minutes to go for Barnsley and what would be a huge three points in their relegation fight.

    Well now.....

What a change in complexion this goal gives the bottom end of the Championship table.

Tom Ince fires home an equaliser for Reading inside the last seven minutes.

Ovie Ejaria's low corner was only half cleared to the edge of the penalty area by Bournemouth and Ince lashed home a right-foot shot into the roof of the net.

We've had a goal in the Dockyard Derby where Ryan Hardie has opened the scoring for Plymouth at home to Portsmouth.

The deadlock's also been broken at Hillsborough with Callum Paterson getting the first of the night for Sheffield Wednesday against Accrington.

It's not a good evening for Morecambe who are now 5-0 down at Shrewsbury, Ryan Bowman with the latest for The Shrews.

    Well, well!

West Brom get the goal that their first-half display so deserved just as Fulham were starting to threaten.

Karlan Grant and Callum Robinson combine nicely, with Grant feeding the through ball for Robinson to slot a low shot back across goal past Marek Rodak.

    Huge goal for the Baggies.

    Blackburn 2-1 Derby

Into the last 15 minutes at Ewood Park.

Luke Plange and Colin Kazim-Richards are on for Derby as they hunt a leveller that would be absolutely huge in the context of their season.

  12. Postpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2022

    Barnsley 2-0 Bristol City

Barnsley should have a third here as they're all over Bristol City.

The Robins defence is undone again in the box and Dan Bentley saves a shot from Carlton Morris at the near post, before Domingos Quina hits the side netting with another deflected shot.

    Bournemouth 1-0 Reading

Reading with a big shout for a penalty as Ovie Ejaria goes to ground in the area.

He'd brought the ball down well in the area before getting tripped and despite the protests from the visiting fans, nothing given.

    Around 15 minutes to play.

  14. Postpublished at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2022

    West Brom 0-0 Fulham

Antonee Robinson with Fulham's best chance of the night so far.

Good combination on the left between him and Bobby Decordova-Reid sees Robinson have a go on his right and it fizzes across the turf but just wide of the right post.

  15. Postpublished at 21:11 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2022

    West Brom 0-0 Fulham

Eight minutes played since the restart and Fulham appear to have woken up at the break and started to show a bit more attacking intent.

Nothing yet in terms of a clear-cut shot on goal but certainly more of the ball in West Brom's half.

    Boro celebrateImage source, Rex Features

After that penalty miss, Middlesbrough have now doubled their lead against Birmingham.

It's an excellent strike from Folarin Balogun, who's given time and space to set up his shot on the edge of the box and get it cleanly past Neil Etheridge.

  17. Postpublished at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time 15 March 2022

    Barnsley 2-0 Bristol City

Things are going from bad to worse for Bristol City. They lost Alex Scott to an injury just before half-time and now Joe Williams - who came on as his replacement - is going off too after going down.

Williams has not long come back into the City side after a prolonged period out with a series of injuries, so this will be a big blow.

    Blackburn 1-1 Derby

Somehow it's still 1-1 in this as Blackburn almost score a second goal in quick succession.

Joe Rankin-Costello's ball is met by Scott Wharton's head again, but Ryan Allsop produces a great save almost underneath his own crossbar to keep the scores level.
