How was that not a penalty?

Ian Lawlor slips as he looks to control a back pass and, as Ryan Duncan looks to beat him to the ball, the Dundee goalkeeper looks to wipe out the midfielder.

Referee David Munro somehow says no.

It was brave I think. He realised the goalkeeper was more than 50% out and was committed. He's took a sore one, but it's definitely a penalty no doubt about it

Most of the danger has come from the home side. It's been Peterhead that have been more creative, certainly with their build-up in and around the box

You want to be dominating the game early on. I don't think Dundee have started well

Dundee threaten at a corner, but Peterhead manage to clear from in front of goal after visiting centre-half Ryan Sweeney's poor header.

  14. Postpublished at 7mins

    Peterhead 0-0 Dundee

Another nervous moment for Dundee as Peterhead have the first attempt on target.

Midfielder Scott Brown (not that one obviously) fires a powerful drive that's straight at Ian Lawlor, but the goalkeeper can only beat it away.

Winger Niah Payne, whose previous club was Bridlington in the English lower leagues, is next with a sight at goal, but his shot is more tame and gathered by Lawlor more comfortably.

I can't see the banana skin tonight. Dundee are on the back of a good result and Peterhead are near the bottom of their league, so I can't see it

    Peterheead v Dundee (19:45)

Peterhead manager Jim McInally tells BBC Scotland: "We need Dundee to not be at their best and we need to be at our best.

"A lot of people say it's a tight pitch - it's not, it's a great pitch and Dundee will enjoy playing on it.

"It's good to get the three boys back, otherwise we would have been a bit short of bodies. I believe we are able to use 11 substitutes in this game, but I have only four for this one."
