    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Kenilworth Road

Luton Town had chances to put Chelsea under further pressure but now it's level. What a relief to the Champions League holders, who had been really struggling against The Hatters. Maybe Chelsea's night will calm down a bit now.

  5. Fixture schedule 'not ideal - but it is what it is'published at 19:47 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2022

    Liverpool v Norwich (20:15 GMT)

    Norwich City

Dean Smith said Norwich fans and the club as a whole haven't been considered when it comes to fixture scheduling.

The Canaries face Liverpool in the FA Cup at 20:15 GMT, on Wednesday before hosting Brentford in the Premier League at 15:00 on Saturday.

Should Norwich or Chelsea progress in the FA Cup, their league match scheduled for Saturday ,19 March will be brought forward , externalto Thursday, 10 March - three days before Smith's side are due to play Leeds.

When asked whether fans have been put at the heart of these decisions, Smith said: "They certainly haven’t. I don’t think us as a football team have been either.

"It’s two big games with teams around us in Brentford and Leeds, and why it can’t be on the Tuesday or Wednesday heaven knows why. The Premier League fixture makers are the only ones who know why.

"I know it’s a Champions League night but the precedent was set the week before when there was a Champions League night and Burnley played Tottenham.

"It’s not ideal at all. Heaven knows what time the (Liverpool) game finishes if it goes to extra-time and penalties. We just have to deal with it unfortunately. The fixture calendar is not ideal but it is what it is".

Former England defender on BBC One

Talk about composure, quality, this finish is certainly that - it is a little bit fortunate the way the ball ends up with Saul, but take nothing away from the finish. He anticipates where the ball is going to come out. It is out of nowhere really.

    Southampton 0-0 West Ham

Jack Stephens to the rescue again.

The Saints defender is somewhat at fault as he steps up seeking offside but allows Michail Antonio to break. Stephens gets back, though, to tackle.

    Southampton 0-0 West Ham

Both of the Saints wide players are moving centrally. It's your classic 4-2-2-2.

One of those middle men - Will Smallbone - has a pop at goal from the edge of the box but a diving West Ham defender blocks.

GOAL - Luton 1-1 Chelseapublished at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2022

    Saul Niguez (27 mins)

    Leveller!

Luton pay a big price for missing that chance as Chelsea go up the other end and draw level.

The hosts give the ball away in their own half Timo Werner brings the ball forward to the edge of the box.

The German lays it off for the incoming Saul Niguez to sweep home a sweetly struck finish into the bottom corner.

    *Chef's kiss* sort of finish.

Wonderful move from West Ham, slick passing. It comes through to Soucek but he scuffs at it. It was a great opportunity.

Southampton can't cope with Lanzini, he's playing through the lines.

    West Ham go close!

A lovely sweeping move sees them pick through Southampton. A couple of deflections then set up Tomas Soucek for a shot at goal that he tamely puts wide.

    Good start to this game.
