This is an incredible game. I think Guerreiro has to do better on the line. That sums up Dortmund - they are so lackadaisical in defence.

Much like Kent did, Moukoko drives at the Rangers defence, and then it gets laid off to Jude Bellingham. He curls it with his left foot away from Allan McGregor, a lovely finish.

It's a fantastic goal. Brilliant play from Kent, driving at defenders and then he sets back a lovely pass for Lundstram. He's got a lot to do, but he catches it so sweet and sweeps it into the far corner.

Rangers from the very first minute looked confident. They didn't sit in and defend. That was evident when Barisic went through, and he really should score. There was a spell when Dortmund had a lot of the ball, but Rangers have dealt with them well. And then Rangers finished the half unbelievably. A great VAR decision and dispatched cooly by Tavernier. Just when the fans were getting on Dortmund, Morelos pops up with the second.

    HT: Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Rangers

There was one lucky escape for Rangers when Dan-Axel Zagadou made a dreadful hash of a free header, but other than that visiting goalkeeper Allan McGregor hasn't had much to worry about on his 100th European appearance.

  18. Postpublished at 18:41 Greenwich Mean Time 17 February 2022

    HT: Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Rangers

Rangers have done very well to knock Dortmund out of their stride. The visitors have looked much more aggressive out of possession than the hosts.

The Germans have been slack at the back more than once and are maybe guilty of thinking this was a foregone conclusion.
