Arsenal manager Mike Arteta is incredibly animated in his technical area, almost directing every pass. Talk about micro-management.

Liverpool counterpart Jurgen Klopp is, by his own standards, subdued.

Not much happening at the Emirates now. Martin Odegaard tries to find Alexandre Lacazette but Fabinho gets a foot in.

Solly March swings a deep free-kick in. Nobody is there but it's put behind by Spurs just in case. There's a few appeals for a handball from the corner but nothing given.

Liverpool in possesion again. Thomas Partey can only half-clear it to Fabinho. Another cross comes in from the visitors, it's headed back to Joel Matip but he passes it straight out for a goal kick. Bit sloppy.

Getting a nice feisty edge to this game now. A few challenges come in quick succession before Fabinho is fouled by Alexandre Lacazette in the middle.

Spurs took a while to get going in this half but this is a half-chance.

Son Heung-min is slipped in. His shot is blocked, it falls to Rodrigo Bentancur but there's too many bodies around again.

It comes to Cedric Soares in the middle. He has space to shoot and is urged to but he's a long way out. He drags the shot comfortably wide and Alisson watches as it rolls by.

Brighton have upped the tempo. Marc Cucurella tees up Pascal Gross. His shot is blocked. They win a corner on the right a few moments later though, which Graham Potter applauds on the touchline.

Good defending from Gabriel Martinelli. He sprints back to beat Trent Alexander-Arnold to Jordan Henderson's pass.
