Hakim Ziyech pulls the ball back for Romelu Lukau who goes round the keeper and slots it towards the bottom corner but somehow Anfernee Dijksteel manages to change his body shape and hook it off the line.

VAR might have had a look at offside if that had gone in but it would have counted initially anyway.

Antonio Rudiger completes misses the ball with a air-kick in the box. Boro break quickly but a cross lands on the roof of Edouard Mendy's goal.

Chelsea are really pushing for a third that would wrap this game up. Romelu Lukaku, Mason Mount, Mateo Kovacic and Hakim Ziyech all involved as they win a corner.

Ziyech's shot has got a little bit of movement on it. I might be being a bit harsh but I'm expecting a bit more from him there.

Hakim Ziyech has got wand of a left foot and it's a brilliant strike. It looks like Joe Lumley's got caught out by the swerve, the dip, but actually it's a brilliant strike because it goes to his left and fires back towards the far corner.

It's out of nothing. Chelsea managed to play through that press and got it perfectly right.
