Boro are showing more endeavour in this half certainly. Matt Crooks runs down the right and uses a nice heel flick to cut inside Malang Sarr before squaring it for Folarin Balogun but the Arsenal loanee shoots over.

It's better from Middlesbrough. They had five bodies in the box there, which commits the Chelsea players, and there were no real options for when Chelsea broke because they were back in their own box. Middlesbrough have to commit bodies forward, they're 2-0 down.
