Tuchel said in his press conference on Friday that Loftus-Cheek's challenge is to put together good performances back to back over a longer period of time. He's definitely in great form right now and that goal will no doubt help him continue his progress in Tuchel's eyes.

Since Jordan Ayew has come on Crystal Palace have changed to a 5-4-1 formation with Zaha upfront on his own. Chelsea have basically held onto the ball since the second half has started and this may be Vieira's way of dealing with that.

I'm seeing people saying Crystal Palace are playing for penalties and they probably are but they've arguably had the better chances - both through Cheikhou Kouyate.
